Monthly Rentals in Playa del Carmen

We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment, we loved the location, it has an Oxxo at par, a place of delicious hamburgers and hotdogs also at par, in front of you can find rich Mexican food and during the night you can also find delicious traditional Mexican tacos by the street, in addition to the Oxxo there is a very accessible beverage shop. The place is quite safe, clean and very comfortable to go through. I recommend it and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed an extended stay. The rooftop pool was a very nice amenity. The staff was helpful and always present for questions. The only minor inconvenience is that the air conditioning shuts off everytime you go out the door to save energy. If you go out for the day you return to a hot room. I only mention it because no one else has. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

Great studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spent the month of February 2025. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, two grocery supermarkets in two blocks, the fifth Avenue, a stadium in five minutes. Luis is a great host! Very hospitable, friendly, responsive to any request, answers quickly. The studio is simple but cozy, with private terrace and a comfortable kitchen, where I found everything for cooking food, which saved a lot of money for me)) A good place, like it.
