Overall it was a pleasant stay that met the requirements. It would be great to add to the description that the full bathroom is located inside one of the rooms, also that it will have a fixed shower (it is a hose shower). The staff are very attentive and pleasant.

Emma was an amazing host!! Any thing you wanted or needed she was more than willing to accommodate. Emma always answers in a timely manner when needing assistance. I would highly recommend Emma’s accommodations they are located in a great area close walking distance to everything and ample parking for the scooters and or cars.

The place is very nice, very complete and with a good location. It's very clean, it has hot water, an iron and a dryer, which helped us a lot. Emma gives you good tips and recommendations. I had a very comfortable stay.

Just so lovely space, with very good location and superb host. Rosalba just made us feel like home. Clean and large rooms with AC, nice garden, quiet place despite of shared kitchen. Would wished to stay there longer and definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy access. With the Plus they store your luggage before and after, which we thought was excellent.

I was not able to enjoy the stay because of flight delays but my dad and sister were. They loved the resort, the staff, the attention, and the kindness. The rooms were so nice and clean. The responsiveness was 10/10. I kept updating management with what was going on and who was going to make it to the reservation and they made sure everything went smoothly. I hope to go back and be able to enjoy the hotel myself.

A very central place, with a great location, a cozy space, with everything you need to feel comfortable and right at home, with the amenities and implements offered in the space, it met our expectations, in addition to welcoming us very cordially, good service and a cozy place, certainly a place to which in case of returning would be as our option to stay. This place has the ease of easily transporting tea to any point, , beaches, Maya train station, different recreation sites, 5th avenue, ADO terminal, and what is very easy to take public and economic transport to move to any place you want to visit, for example, the collectives charge 10 pesos and you can get in them to any of the mentioned places. It is also nearby shopping malls such as Soriana, Chedraui and Walmart. Thanks to Francisco and Guadalupe for their kind attention to every detail to make our stay pleasant.

Francisco and Guadeloupe were amazing hosts, we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Shambala. The room and common area were very cozy and clean. The kitchen has many useful tools to cook your dinner. There are nice bars in 20' walking distance, and you can get a colectivo bus from Avenida 30, 2 blocks away from the apartment. The hosts helped us with every question we had. I would definitely book there again!

A simple budget-friendly stay near the city center. The WiFi worked well, and the hosts were very responsive to my questions. There’s a laundry next door, which is super convenient. Be sure to check out Aquelarre Café for the best coffee in the area (just a 5-min walk away). The closest beach is quite touristy, so for a quieter, more scenic experience, I’d recommend going a bit further.

Good stay. Value for money was appropriate. It is now and then quite noisy and smelled a little damp.

great location, very spacious, great value for money. With respect to the accommodation, everything is excellent, the only detail that can improve is the guy who took care of us when checking in, he was not friendly and not at all attentive. but from that outside highly recommended.
