Excellent apartment, everything was impeccable, it has little that was built, they took care of every detail to have an excellent stay with quality things, sheets, pillows, very comfortable mattress to have a good rest. In the bathroom everything of very good quality, new towels, hair dryer, good shower, good sink with everything you need to be very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils to prepare food, the refrigerator was a good size, microwave, coffee maker, blender, stove, all this very good brand and quality. As for the building is very nice for being new, it has 24-hour security, a small gym and on the rooftop a very clean pool as well as a terrace with barbecue and armchairs. The location is very good, you are a few steps from 5th avenue and the area is very quiet, there is no loud music, the beach is a few blocks away, as well as being close to several restaurants and supermarkets, excellent service, 100% recommended, for you to enjoy.

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Sami was a great host. He was proactive to ensure that we had everything we needed and were happy guests throughout our stay. The condo itself was simple and had everything we needed. The pools in the common area are beautiful and get great afternoon sun. The Kay Beach Club that is available for guests is excellent and the public beach access is great. There’s a sandy walk in to the ocean that was great for kids to play in. The Tulum Country Club grounds are beautiful and the selection of restaurants close by are delicious options. O’Tan had a neat farmers market on Saturday morning and had live music on Sunday night - both were awesome. All in all, we had a fantastic stay - thanks Sami!

Excellent service, we had a problem with the second lock but there was no problem in repairing it and from there everything was fine, we had everything at hand, the washing machine was excellent, which was a plus and the AC was great, I would come back here without hesitation

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Casa Coco Bella has everything you could want in a Cozumel vacation home. We enjoyed the pool, the snorkeling out front, and the gym. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, and Norman was also responsive to any questions we had. The location is great, not too far from town. The condo itself is also very nice and the beds are comfortable. Great views from the patio. We hope to return!

Loved this quiet complex. Location was good, complex was clean and manicured, pool was great. Patio and the view were excellent. Really appreciated when we asked about a car that he had it delivered to the complex in an hour. Secure and gated friendly staff.

We celebrated my 30th birthday in Tulum at Reed’s villa and it was so worth it! The villa was beautiful, Reed was so responsive, and the on-site manager, Jose, was amazing! They both gave helpful recommendations for transportation, food, and tourist attractions. The villa was also clean and looked just like the photos! Highly recommend!

We loved this place! We stayed for a week with grandparents and cousins —it’s super spacious, beautiful, and well located. There’s plenty to do with 4 little kids: beach, stores, dolphins, restaurants, ice cream are all nearby. Mariana (host) was always available and super helpful, made us feel super well taken care of! We would definitely go back :)

Great Condo! We have visited this location for the last 4 years or so. This was our first time at Izas. Location is great, condo has everything you need. Rooftop pool is also great. Friendly people are always around and it’s also great for families! Iza was very responsive. Would recommend !

This is a really spacious 2 story home! Has all the essentials for a home-away-from-home. The bikes are awesome and make you feel more connected to exploring playa del car. You can be to a great ice cream shop or a taco shop within a 10 minute bike ride. 15 minute ride to the mall and 5th avenue (just outside the gate of playa del car. Laure was helpful and quick to respond to minor issues and Uli even responded to something in the middle of the night (her time). Pool is great! We would stay here again— great for family and govern quiet. Thank you!!
