Nice studio with best location in Playa del Carmen, you can walk to the beach for less than 5 minutes in one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa del Carmen. View from the apartment is all nature and espectacular views to the ocean from the roof top pool. You can also work out at the gym located in the roof top with the amazing view of the caribbean. What a wonderful experience! Alejandra was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is huge, easy check-in and in a great location. The pool was amazing, the building staff are wonderful and the location is perfect. The beach/ocean, restaurants, shopping and grocery store within a short walking distance (5-10 min max). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We loved our stay at marina's place. It was right on the beach and had beautiful views right from the balcony. We didn't use the bedroom in the loft upstairs but I can see that being very useful for families or friends. The PA area is very secure and safe - a security gate at the front and another for the condo. We were looking for a very chill vacation for our babymoon and this offered all of that. It is quite pricey for one week but it's definitely one of the nicer condos we stayed in PA - it will be especially worth it if we come back with our family to use the extra bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped since we made breakfast or lunch at home. Towels all provided as well. The restaurants in the gated PA area are average, luckily there is one Oxxo inside and a fresh fruit market store. We walked just outside of the gate to El Arborito for some more authentic tacos / food. Chedrau grocery is easy to access by car 10 minutes, or walking which we did for 35 minutes.

Easy entry using lockbox and key. Surfaces were clean. Quite a bit of sand still on the floor. I asked not to have the daily maid service and just did the sweeping myself. The kitchen was stocked well. It did have a blender (not listed) and a drip coffee maker. They did provide water. I need a fair amount of storage containers for food (I cut up fruit and salad items) and the Airbnb did not have much of that. Two boogie boards and a large sun umbrella for use. Showers had doors. The water got hot for showers and in the kitchen. This unit was on the second floor, so good for carrying items up if the elevator wasn't working. Balcony and houseplants were lovely. Beds comfortable. AC worked in all spaces. Black out blinds were helpful against morning sun. The pool and entry fountains are lovely. I would stay there again. Walk to Turtle Bay & Taverna was .8 miles. Close to Buena Vida, La Lunita, and Jungle cafe. North end of beach by the place with red umbrellas for easy enter to snorkel.

Fantastic place, extremely clean and host very responsive. The villa is lovely and very charming. Very nice decorations too. The villa is right next to the golf course (hole 3) and we can admire few little local wild animals. It has very easy access to playacar shopping area and playa del carmen downtown, about 10 min walk. There is a path that takes you directly to the beach walking distance. There is also a taxi station near by. Excellent!

Amazing stay in one of my preferred areas of the beautiful city where you find both fun and peace! The apartment itself was above my expectations, just stunning, one block away from the beach, and less than that to amazing restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The attention to detail shows, very clean, beach chairs, everything you need for a perfect stay. The hosts were always attentive and responsive, I truly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Casa Vista! Orane clearly communicated all of the needed details and even arranged transportation for us to and from the airport. The pool and hot tub were lovely and cleaned daily. It was great to have an outdoor grill. We went fishing and were able to grill up our fresh Mahi Mahi! The bug mister in the back yard is a nice touch, but I’d still pack your bug spray. The beach was beautiful, quiet and just a short walk away. The pool table, video games and karaoke machine were a huge hit with all ages. It was great to have something to entertain us when it was raining. The AC worked really well and the beds were comfortable. We had a couple of minor hiccups while we were there, but the property manager was extremely responsive and acted quickly to get them fixed. We left a few small suggestions (like it would be nice to have a toaster and the safes didn’t work), but overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you Orane and Cecilia!

Excellent apartment to go with the family and get to know the beautiful beaches of Cozumel. If you like to dive, it is very close to the marina where the tours go, if you like snorkelear it has less than 5 minutes a public beach with reefs and spectacular marine life. The depa has all the comforts to have fun. We will be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Soraya’s place! The condo was just as advertised, and very well-appointed. The location is perfect and the underground parking was a huge plus! There were plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and a Walmart just around the corner. The beach and Cozumel ferry were only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend Soraya’s place, and she was a great host! Thank you!
