Monthly Rentals in Athens

Listing as described. Very cute and convenient little space (superb decoration, lots of taste). Great neighborhood with buses and restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Just a small detail, a small dog also lives in the building and barks regularly, but you get used to it. And the terrace opposite is home to many cats. Eleni is a considerate host who cares about the well-being of its occupants. We sincerely thank her for accepting our reservation request. This allowed us to discover Athens, for an intense week, and to return every day to this quiet apartment. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you so much.

Katerina's apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the subway, lots of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance, and a clean and organized space. We stayed for just under a month and I cant imagine being anywhere else.

This apartment was absolute perfection for my solo trip to Athens! It looks exactly like the photos. It's located at the back of the building so it is very quiet and it has a lovely little balcony overlooking a small courtyard. The bedroom area (which could be separated from the living area with sliding doors) was pitch black and completely silent at night so I slept really well! The neighborhood is extremely safe and there are a number of great restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store and a bakery. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of steps to the apartment along the street from the Evangelismos metro stop. (It's only a short walk to Lycabettus Hill for viewing the sunset.) The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay and the washing machine was a bonus! I also appreciated the coffee and tea. The owner's mother let me into the apartment and explained everything to me. Book this place if you can - you will feel like a guest in someone's home.

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!
