Resort vacation rentals in Playa del Carmen

We had a Wonderful family trip at the Diving Lodge! It is right on a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beach chairs. The rooms were clean and the beds were actually soft and comfortable (major plus). We had children with us and they even had some beach toys for us!! It is walking distance to places to eat or a short drive. We would definitely book again if we are in the same area.

Roger was great to work with. Responds quickly, answers questions, helps out in any way needed. We loved the resort and he made it happen without a problem!

My family and I stayed at this AMAZING place for a two week vacation! It was outstanding!! Best resort we have been to ever! Helen was super awesome to communicate with prior to our trip. Answered all my questions at a very timely fashion. Answered everything honestly. She sent all the paperwork we needed in advance to our travel. She was extremely easy to deal with. I would highly recommended this resort and Helen as a host! Can’t wait to go back!

Allan is a great host. We stayed in contact and was there to answer any questions. He even arranged transportation, which we were not expecting. We will definitely be booking with Allan in the future if we have a chance!

Allan was very helpful and communicative and was able to get us a room in an already booked report during a very busy time of year, which allowed us to join our family for New Year's at the last moment. He was very patient and responsive.

I spent 4 nights at Sandos Caracol and 5 nights at Sandos Playacar. Both were amazing, but each had their unique elements. Allan's listing books into the Royal Elite program. I would not go to either of these resorts without being Royal Elite. You get preferred restaurant reservations and access to extra areas, pools, and beach sections. These sections help get away from the crowds. Allan's membership also includes kids 12 and under free, which was amazing to enable me to afford to take my 2 boys. Allan was very responsive and helpful in understanding how the booking would work given it's a resort and different than most AirBnbs. You will love it!

Allan was very accommodating and easy to work with. We have four children which makes traveling very expensive, but going thru Allan afforded us a very reasonably priced stay at an all inclusive resort. Allan was even able to arrange transport to and from the airport for us. The resort itself is quite large. The best part for us, was the beach. It really is incredibly beautiful. The resort offers boogie boards and kayaks to use free of charge. We went snorkeling one day and had a blast. We visited the sister resort Caracol to hit their much larger water slides which was very fun-even for the adults. It’s only a 15 minute cab ride from Sandos Playacar. Taxis are very easy to get right in the Lobby. Choices for food and beverage are extensive. There is even 24 hour room service. Food is not out of this world, but not bad either. Nightly entertainment is of course a little cheesy but still fun! One of my daughters ended up on stage quite a bit. We were all sad to leave.

Allan’s rentals are always great. This is my 3rd summer renting from Allan. This time we had 18 people. Allan was very patient and responsive to our needs and wants. He set up transportation and even went above and beyond when I had forgotten to book my husband’s airport transfer.

You are at an established all inclusive. Be sure to take Allan’s advice and book the restaurants ahead of time. Concierge liked text message best. Use a translate app to paste request in Spanish. The El Gaucho steakhouse was best for us. An amazing salad bar with seafood. We would go there twice if had a do over. Premium drinks aren’t so premium. If it matters, be sure to tell the VIP bartenders what you want otherwise you get the standard liquor. Free massage comes after a sales pitch to buy so, go in knowing that. Great location on the beach with nice loungers and beds for the VIP black bracelet people. Enjoy!

Allan is the real deal! You will be okay with booking your stay with Sandos Playacar through him! Trust his system of paying him for the room(with the royal elite treatment) and then paying for the food directly to the resort. You will save hundreds once you add these and compare it to what booking it now with Sandos would cost. We saved over $1200 as a family of four for a five-night stay. The resort is pristine, with a beautiful beach and fantastic food and entertainment. Great for families with children. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the royal elite treatment so much that for the first time, we plan to book again on the same resort, and of course, it will not be with anyone else but Allan. Maxime was aware of everything, good directions... an excellent place to enjoy as a family, I will definitely be back, thank you very much for everything.

We had a family of 20 book with Maxime and Jaime and they were amazing. Very helpful, very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and all the perks! We will be booking with them again soon!

Excellent stay, everything as advertised, the place is amazing with lots of vegetation, we walked a lot but it's something we enjoy doing and more with those views and nature, I definitely hope to return. My family and I had a great time

Great location and excellent communication upfront on all the specifics including Tipps on how to make the best out of the stay. The royal elite perks are fantastic and we enjoyed the lovely beaches, the great food and service. Would definitely recommend booking the hotel via Maxime. Thanks for 5 very enjoyable days.
