Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

It was excellent, the host was always attentive to us, and answered quickly. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, with everything in order. In a very safe private community, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. They welcomed us with the air conditioning in the room on for a comfortable welcome. It has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

Nothing like arriving at some place and feeling that it was prepared to receive and welcome you warmly. That is how we felt when we get to the Kaan 204. The property is well maintained and Saúl, the concierge made everything to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Tha staff at Quadra Aléa is kind, professional and extremely efficient. You can notice it by how well taken care of the common areas are (gardens, pools, gym, outdoors terraces), perfect! The condo is at walking distance from basically anything you might need during your stay. We definitely would look forward to staying at any unit managed by Matt.

It's a great option because it's a quiet area with supermarkets nearby, just a few minutes from the beach and in the middle of Tulum and Cancun, practically an hour from each destination in case you want to go out and explore the Riviera Maya

It was just what we needed, both the house and the area very quiet and Juan Manuel always very friendly, attentive and available, ready to support us at any time, as well as the very friendly staff also. 100% recommended, I would definitely choose it again.

We could not have picked a better spot to stay! Sebastian and his family are so incredibly accommodating. They helped make our trip so smooth and enjoyable. This was my first time in Mexico so arranging transportation was something I was unsure about and Sebastian helped arrange our long rides to and from the airport, as well as into town on many days. Such a responsive host! I definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. The property is beautiful and well kept. If you have the opportunity to have any meals on the property made by the family, I highly recommend! These were some of the most delicious and well curated meals we’ve had on vacation. INCREDIBLE food! You can tell the love they have for food and the care that goes into each meal. Thank you to Sebastian and his family for being extra accommodating! We can’t wait to come back :)

Erin's place is comfortable, quiet and beautiful. There are four really good restaurants right outside the gates of the complex, and the restaurant owners are very friendly. There is also a small market in the same area, where you can get last minute items.

easy check in. beautiful place. I only stayed one night before headed to the airport. close to everything. air controlled with a remote. very safe it's gated. nice patio and living room. wish I had more time i will definitely be back..

Sophie’s place was really nice and cozy. I stayed there for a month. Sophie was extremely responsive and accommodative. The place has everything you can need for a longer-term stay and work from home, including the kitchenware and a decent WiFi. Free weekly cleaning was included in price , which was awesome! The place is located a bit further away from the touristy area, which for me personally was a good thing, although it’s still quite walkable, about 20 min (and the beach is pretty much at the same distance). There’s a huge grocery store/shopping center MEGA 7 min away, which was very convenient. I recommend Sophie’s place for someone who’s looking for something more quiet and relaxed, who likes to stay away from crazy tourist areas and prefer to live where local people live. I’d be happy to stay at Sophie’s place again next time I’m in Playa 😊

If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay, this is a place for you! The house is located at the end of a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood. It has easy access to the Playa Car beach which is usually less crowded than other beaches in Playa. The host provided chairs, umbrella and beach towels, making beach trips even more pleasent. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect, she even came to meet us, which we appreciated very much. The house has a great collection of books, from Mayan culture and wildlife to mystery novels to read when relaxing by the pool. Overall, this was a perfect vacation. Everything was pretty good. Only on the 1st, there was no water coming out at the top. But it was solved pretty quickly. They told us that they had done maintenance and it was probably air in the pipes. It was fixed in 30 minutes. Everything is very clean, the WM and Chedraui are 5 minutes away and Seven is 3 minutes away. Everything is very quiet, the pools are impeccable and they have just put new cushions on the lounge chairs. I think the only thing I would recommend would be to unclog the showers a little to remove the limescale from the holes. The water comes out well, but it could come out even better. Other than that, everything was good, punctual check-in and check-out.

Excellent location with an easy walk to the 5th Ave and restaurants/convenience stores etc. Apartment is well laid out with plenty of space and a very comfy bed. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and as a bonus the doormen are super nice and attentive. Highly recommended.

Very safe, the place is quiet and pleasant. The house just as described. The pool is practically next to it, plus there is the sprot club with everything to have a good time. Location less than a 5 minute drive to Xcaret. Thank you for everything!
