Monthly Rentals in Austin

I had a four week stay at Tanya and Mathew's studio apartment and it turned out to be a great decision for all reasons. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and homely, but at the same time very accessible to downtown where I needed to work. There is also a convenient grocery stores less than 8 minutes walk away. I definitely would stay here again and I recommend to anyone else to do so too.

Megan's casita was a great base for our Austin weekend. Close to food, drink, and music on E 6th St. She was a great host and very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

The location is great as there is much to do in south Austin. Checking in and out was a breeze. The host was very proactive about anything I might need. Highly highly recommend.

Barry's place is beautiful, comfy, and well equipped. The building has a lot of cool amenities to spend your days, especially if you work remotely. I stayed for a month and loved it. Barry is a super responsive host, and a very nice person. I'd stay here again for sure!
