This was one of my best experiences through Air Bnb! John was quick to respond to all my questions and gave me peace of mind throughout my stay! His home is beautifully decorated and was very clean and tidy which is always appreciated! The AC helped as it was burning hot outside when we arrived! 100% would stay again and recommend! We cannot say enough about our stay at Christopher’s place at Terrazas Luxury Condos! The communication from him and his team was thoughtfully compiled which made it very simple for us to get into the condo and around the area. The location was perfectly situated near the beautiful beach and near all of the action in the vibrant downtown. The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, pans, blender, coffee pot, etc. for ease of cooking, but with all of the restaurant choices it made it hard to stay in to cook! The team was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and was able to take advantage of it afterwards. The proximity to nature behind the condo was also amazing and we quickly became friends with the birds, coatis, and the agoutis. Everyone was so nice and provided lots of options for cenotes, beaches and things to do! Thanks so much for a wonderful time.

La Jolla is a very nice and secure neighborhood. The views were insanely good from the balcony/patio. The pool was quiet and nice. We love the area. The reason I gave it 4 stars for location is the highway noise is not the best. If they could only buffer that sound it would be heaven. Very late at night the highway quiets down and you can hear the waves. Good value for the price overall.

Excellent location and great usage of space and layout. 3 showers helped our larger group and had plenty of opportunities to walk the streets, walk to the beach, and was easy to navigate back and forth. Very beautiful and a great stay.

Gisela’s place really made our days in La Paz fantastic. Starting with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night the view was just stellar and added to the sensation we were on vacation. The pool was nice but did not use it that much as we’re were out exploring beaches. Our trip was 3 friends and the large king beds and two bathrooms made it very spacious and comfortable. There was filtered water and the place was well stocked with everything you need. The only thing to be aware is that the location is up a large hill and the walk to the Malecón of La Paz is a good workout. That being said, Ubers to the Centro were super cheap though not always available. Would recommend 100% to stay at this Airbnb.

The apartment is very spacious, for 5 or 6 people, it is comfortable, and it also has a wonderful terrace. In addition, in the penthouse you can enjoy swimming pools with incredible views as shown in the photos

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! The property alone is absolutely incredible, and the personal care and attention to detail from Glenn and Maria made it a fantastic experience for my family. Everything is as described in the listing. The location is perfect to spend time at the house, the beach, in town, and activities in the surrounding areas. Glenn went out of his way on multiple occasions to make us feel at home and help with whatever we needed.

Gorgeous attention to detail throughout the space, an easy walk to the beach, a lovely pool + hot tub and you could see the stars / watch the sunset from the rooftop deck at night. Great house in a gated neighborhood. It’s near gringo-friendly shopping establishments and restaurants. If you’re more of a local foodie, you may have to find it by talking to locals/neighbors. Parking is large enough to fit a 1/2 ton pick up truck. Pro tip, the block this house is on is on a one way street, and if you go the wrong way some of the residents will stop being friendly with you. Would be nice if their HOA made that more clear.

Oswaldo is an excellent host, very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The space was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. There was even some drinking water provided. We were close to the beach and the house was a great base for a snorkeling trip at Isla Cocinas. I highly recommend this rental and thanks again Oswaldo for a great stay.
