Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Playa del Carmen

Paulina's accommodation is excellent for family travel, spacious and with everything you need for your stay, there are even board games to enjoy in the afternoons, the pool is very clean. My family and I really enjoyed it.

It was EXCELLENT, they welcomed us at the last minute (due to our situation) and they arranged to give us access and leave everything impeccable, they provided us with attention and follow-up while we were staying with them and the Airbnb is very nice, clean and comfortable. The area is ideal, 1 hour from Cancun and 20 minutes from the beach and halfway to the attractions. 100/10 and a big shout out to the guys because they saved us on my bachelorette party and welcomed and accepted us on the same day.

we had an amazing stay at Steven’s house in Playacar! From the start, communication was seamless . The check-in process was smooth, and everything was just as described. The location couldn't be better its right near the Playacar gate, which made getting in and out so easy, which is necesary actually in this gated comunity The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and gated as i said, perfect for morning walks or a run. The house itself was clean and well-equipped. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this spot is ideal aswell as playa del carmen itself. highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We already booked the house again for our next trip!

This was our 2nd time staying at this wonderful house. We really enjoy staying here, because it's peaceful, quiet, and it's located close to the beach and 5th Avenue. The house has plenty of space and is very comfortable. The pool is a slice of heaven. If you want to enjoy the sun, get in the pool in the morning. When it gets to be too much, you can easily escape the powerful sun by just slipping into the shade. We stayed here with my wife's family, including 2 young children. Everyone had a great time. One of the best parts of our trip was dealing with our host, Raul. He was absolutely incredible! If we had any issue whatsoever, he immediately took care of it faster than you can blink! He was super friendly, responsive, and very professional. I feel like I made a new friend. We look forward to coming back again soon!

The house was very nice. The kids love the pool. Kitchen has all the things we need. It has two OXXO and a 7 nearby for all the things you need. Juan and Karen help us with everything we needed. We were Xplor it's only 15 min from the house. It was a great trip!

Javier’s place was as expected and described. The pool is a great amenity and the security of the neighborhood is a plus. He was responsive to concerns and helpful when needed.

So many positive things to say. First, the place is better than the pictures, rooms are nice and the pool is really great. Also, Myrna and the property manager respond quickly to any questions or issues, which was much appreciated. The house is in Playacar community, which is peaceful and the beach is top notch. Location was great, it is hard to get a taxi here so make sure you get the phone number for a good taxi person before you arrive. Otherwise, you will have to walk 10 minutes to a taxi stand in town. The one downside with that was we always experienced an issue with getting past security. One of our group lost their bracelet and the guards gave us a hard time pretty much every time we returned. We also rented ATVs and that was a huge issue to get thrpugh. A lot of time was wasted trying to sort through that. Overall, the stay was excellent and comfortable and I would definitely return.

Great Place, Greco was a great host, place was very clean. About a 20 min walk to get to the main 5th ave, or catach a taxi on the road and its about $100- $200 pesos for a ride. I will say a few things I noted that wasn't clear in the listing: The "Hot tub" on roof does not actually heat. Also one of the bedrooms was not practical for our group- the queen bed in the main house. This bedroom was split into two "rooms" by a sliding barn door. So the king bedroom has to walk by the queen bed to access its bathroom (which only has a half swing door for privacy). The queen room does not have a closet or AC unit, so you'd need to leave the door open to let AC from the king room into the queen. Not a big deal, but not great for people who arent close and prefer privacy, maybe better suited as an option for family members or kids. Luckily there were so many rooms, we didnt need that bed for our group. Overall we would book again, thanks!

We stayed for a week, it was 2 families - 5 adults and 4 kids (2-16 year olds, a 10-year old and a 7-year old) the house accommodated us perfectly. The pool was perfect to spend a day by when needing to work or just wanted a break from the sand/beach. House is well equipped with lots of plates, silverware and cooking utensils. The beach is so close it was under a 5 minute walk. The house supplied lots of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and wagons to tote everything! Walking to town was great, the home was the perfect distance!! The rooftop was amazing to relax in the morning with coffee or evening. Had a few hiccups during our stay but the manager - Fransisco was extremely responsive and fixed everything immediately! This will be our go to place to stay when we visit Playa Del Carmen! Thank you for opening your home to us we had an amazing time!!

We had a great time staying at the house. The chef was unbelievable! The food was great, and the prices were outstanding. The house had plenty of room to hold all 13 of us. The walk to the beach was not to long about a 10 min walk after opening the gate. The kids loved the boogie boards and the swimming pools. The beds were all clean they were a bit hard, but nothing kept us from having a good time. We felt safe even with the kids walking. I would defiantly take this trip again.

The stay was excellent. The place was clean, well located and with all necessary amenities. The host was attentive and the communication was prompt and clear. Definitely a great option to stay. Recommended.

This place was absolutely amazing , every detail and the house so carefully put in place , plenty of space in the house, discrete street so we felt really safe and confortable

We stayed for just under a week. The location is walking distance to everything and the gated community feels very safe and peaceful. I would say it was possibly better in person than in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Maria's place was perfect for me. Quiet, beautiful, and within 25 to 30 minutes drive to any spot on the island. A/C, cable TV, WiFi, all great. I'd stay here again. Marie greeted me when I arrived, and responded immediately when I wrote her.

Ricky was such a helpful and kind host! We felt right at home and loved being in such a peaceful and beautiful location outside of the main city. The staff even accommodated our early schedule for breakfast and the food was so delicious. Highly recommend this stay if you can rent a scooter/buggy to get around!
