Excellent place, very friendly and very attentive to what we needed.

My experience was excellent, the apartment has everything you need. is as described, it is very well located (three blocks from the mega Soriana and five blocks from the 5th avenue). Guadalupe and Eloy's attention was very good, they answered all my concerns as soon as possible. I would definitely come back!

Super nice owner. Great stay if you want to visit one of the adventure parks nearby. The rooms and the public areas are very nice looking and clean. Mabye a little bit hard to find. Even our first Taxi driver got lost 😂

The place it's perfect!!! Perfect location just a few steps away from the beach and great amenities on the complex. We will defintly be back. We felt very safe and it's walking distance to la quinta avenida, restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

Carlos was very kind throughout the check-in process even when it was in the early morning.

Nice location a little hard to find at the start. Beautiful amenities, pool, quiet location and close to everything.

In general everything is fine, the bathroom, sheets and pillows were very clean, it has a very nice view of the garden and pool. The only thing that confused us was the address, it is poorly located on the map and also the address that takes you to google maps, I had to look apart in the maps app to find the real hotel as it is confused with another, the address is Av. 10 nord corner with 22 Norte.

Excellent place to stay, very nice as shown in the photos. My family was very satisfied with the comfort and best of all the location, practically two blocks from Quinta Avenida and very close to the beach. We would definitely come back on our next visit, we had a great time!!

A stylish place, quiet and with all necessary furniture and accessories. Wonderful rooftop with pool. About 7 minutes from downtown (by car).

This was a nice day at the Santos Caracol Eco resort. It’s a good value because the black bracelet gives you special perks, we especially enjoyed being able to visit the nearby Sandos Playacar resort as a day trip which has nicer beaches. The concierge staff and the staff in general are very nice to deal with. The only issues we had with the resort where the intermittent hot water in our unit (it was usually only lukewarm at best), and that there were multiple areas while walking around the resort that had a strong sewer smell.

Great stay! Tere was helpful and communicative! The place was clean and had hot water, which I always love even when it’s hot out. I was thankful for the outdoor seating area. The dogs in the other homes can be a bit annoying but nothing major. The only thing that could’ve been better would be a microwave but I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for having me! ☺️

Raquel's place felt like home during my stay! Raquel was a delightful host, and I would love to stay again when/if I return to Playa. The front patio with all the the beautiful plants was a highlight of the place. Great location for biking or walking to town/beach.
