Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Central Florida

We had a short but wonderful stay at Chet's airbnb. The biggest thing for us was how spacious his place was and how at home we felt. The fact that we had a full kitchen to cook, two bathrooms, and a washer and dryer was a game changer for us. We are from Orlando and head out to Okeechobee often for range training. We are definitely staying here again. The price point was perfect.

What a beautiful location and such a lovely house with lovely pool and jacuzzi. We were amazed that despite the recent devastating hurricanes the property and facilities were amazing apart from a couple of things that could not be fixed in the timescales. Ari made us very aware of these things when we booked. It was just what we wanted for a few days to end our American Tour in sunny Tampa. Thank you .

Absolutely amazing stay! Our host was super responsive, flexible with check in time, and made us feel extremely welcome during our stay. It’s great location easy to get to downtown. There was plenty of space, all the beds were comfortable and they provided us with all the essentials (coffee, filters, shampoo/ body wash/ conditioner, snacks, seasonings, etc). I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Very nice safe neighborhood. Easy to get to and close to downtown. Home was very nice and had all of the accommodations of being at home. Sunita did a great job of making you feel right at home. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: spotless, hosts very nice and quickly responsive, quiet suburban street, comfortable bed, washer dryer, wifi worked great even with two on teleconference, has a garage where we stored bikes Cons: stairs have different riser heights which is odd and takes getting used to. ( There are handrails though which help); no kitchen table despite having space for one, no backyard table or furniture although there were two chairs in garage. Overall pros well out weighed cons.

Great place to stay, looked just like the pictures. Came with everything you would need! Host was responsive and check in and out was easy!

She is fantastic. The place is super clean and very nice. Better than expected. She does a great job of decorating and making sure everything you would possibly need is available.

We absolutely adored staying at this studio! It was private, quiet, and relaxing! It was close to all the Disney parks and felt like we were right at home. I would definitely stay here again in the future! p.s. I recommend that you bring mosquito spray if you are going to be outside!

We booked this stay for a last minute trip to visit friends and it was wonderful. Regina was a great host and her place was the perfect location for our trip. Crystal river was beautiful.

What a great gem! Love the location, the BEST possible area to be! The cottage is simplistic decorated, free of clutter and you feel right at home walking in! Will definitely be back at stay here! Just when we thought it couldn’t be any better than last year, we returned to Chrissy’s carriage house for an even better experience. This time we were upstairs in her other venue. It was a little slice of heaven. A wonderful kitchen area with all the amenities. A living room area with almost too many great cable television selections and a spacious bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was as quiet as a monastery on lockdown. Even better was the close proximity to downtown Sanford’s excellent selection of restaurants and shopping. This place has it all! Chrissy is the epitome of an excellent host. Her venues are immaculate and her communication with her guests is always quick and helpful. Whether you’re there for a brief stay or for several weeks like us, do yourself a favor and book a stay with Chrissy. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

Mike's place was a perfect location for our stay. Walking distance to alot of restaurants and things to do. Although we didn't go to Universal studios it was super close. Only a 20 minute drive to Disney which was perfect since we were in town for the half marathon weekend. Place looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Linda has a great space near tons of local eateries and shopping. Depending on traffic, getting to the local theme parks is an easy 30 minute drive. Two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms makes it ideal for couples, friends, and families. The full kitchen is also a great benefit.

Kyle was a fantastic host! The property is beautiful and the night fire pit by the lake was picturesque! House is clean and a great escape! Kyle was proactive with communication and would definitely come back! Thank you Kyle!!

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

This spacious house was clean, fully furnished and reasonably priced. My family had a great time visiting theme parks during the day and in the evening relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi and playing games in the game room. Owners were very responsive before and during our visit. I would highly recommend Disney Serenity for your stay.

We love Mermaid Villa---the furnishings are actually more updated than the photos in the listing and everything was so clean and comfortable! The location is fantastic---the path to the beach is literally across the street and just a 2 minute walk to Siesta Key Village. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Siesta Key!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was the perfect size for us and most of all we enjoyed the private pool. The only thing is we paid for the pool to be heated and it really didn’t feel like it was actually heated, so it felt like a waste of money for that added feature. Other than that it was great. Nicola was always available when needed and kind to us. We definitely would stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay in this home. It was beautiful and very accommodating for all ages. We especially loved the game room and pool/hot tub. Luis was responsive and very helpful. He even provided pool floats for us to use! He is an amazing host . You won't regret staying here! We can't wait to come back!
