Cute cottage near UCF & trails. No cleaning fee

Our cottage is nestled behind Oviedo’s oldest home. The cottage boasts lots of windows with a beautiful view of the outdoors. Inside the cottage is a queen-size bed, table for 2-4, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster and microwave, TV with Netflix and Prime, plus WiFi. There is a tall claw foot tub which can be difficult for people with mobility issues. The cottage is connected to the main house but has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy. There are no shared spaces.

This is a very, very clean and well appointed home. The bed was comfy and the private bathroom was adjacent to the bedroom. It's a lovely home, yard and area. There were many thoughtful touches and the owner is extremely pleasant and friendly!

This was our second stay with James so needless to say, we loved it the first time but not as much as the second! I have never met a more gracious host who was willing to do anything to make our stay the best possible. If anyone ever needed suggestions on how to be successful, I would point them to James as an exemplary role model. It was almost as if he knew what we needed or what would make our stay more perfect before we did! I was so impressed that I plan to go back with my husband just so he can meet the two gracious owners of such a beautiful and welcoming home. Thank you James!

This bed and breakfast was amazing! The house was beautiful! The neighborhood was super safe as was the Parking! Kerry and Raven are amazing! Raven gave us the history of the home and was so welcoming and personable! This was An amazing place to stay and we will be back! We didn’t get to stay for the amazing breakfast, but there were a lot of options for us to eat before we left! We had to leave very early. I can’t give this place enough stars! We love it! Next time we hope to hang out in the back court yard and on the front porch and also explore the downtown ! Loved it! Thank you so much!

Janie's place was a delightful addition to our visit to the World Equestrian Center, just 15 minutes away. Her wonderful pool area provided a relaxing and refreshing place to hang out. Janie was very welcoming and provided a nice "Continental" breakfast. Her accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ocala and Janie's place.

We had a great stay! The hosts, Rene and Richard, were super responsive and kind. Richard even met us in person at 2 a.m. to show us all the amenities, which made us feel at home right from the beginning. The place was spotless, with a beautiful swimming pool and patio. We also really enjoyed chatting with Rene and Richard — they are very kind and intelligent people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back! Thank you, guys!
