This was a perfect apartment for us!! We are in town for a wedding and the location is perfect , very clean and Annie was awesome to work with !!! And she even had popcorn for our late night snack 😉😊👏🏻

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

This condo is in a great location and was perfect for us. It's right downtown and surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. The condo was super clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Sarasota.

Nice place to stay and close to Disney! The condo looked even better than the pictures and it was spotless! It’s in a good quiet community which is great after the hustle and bustle of all the theme parks.

This place fit my needs as it had everything I needed for my five night stay. The unit was quite comfortable. Check-in was easy with the detailed instructions from the host. Something to be aware of, the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors. But in the evenings it was pretty quiet. Would stay here again next time I'm in Clearwater.

A cozy and neat apartment in a safe and peaceful neighborhood run by Samuel and his great parents. If there is any room for improvement, the dryer is somewhat old, the filter doesn't work tightly, leaving some cloth fibers to spread around and attach to the dried clothes when you pull them out from the chamber. But it is just something very minor. Overall I give my highest rating.

I loved the condo! I was able to work and enjoy Fort Pierce. The people were kind and the gated community felt safe and welcoming.

Great place, would absolutely stay again!

We only required a 2 night stay, but the location and price were perfect for our needs. Grounds are clean and well maintained . Unit was clean and rules/ expectations were clearly outlined. Short walk to pools/beach and even restaurants. Grocery and Walgreens a short distance away.

lovely place and pretty close to the disney parks. Razvan was very friendly and the instructions were very detailed. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

We loved this place and the location was great. We initially had problems with the WiFi but Alexandra and her husband fixed them right away with a new router. We didn’t have any problems at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

The owners were great and great communication, house is beautiful, big and spacious, clean n a lot of room.. they let us park our bikes inside the garage with no problem.. very quiet neighborhood and the house is great. No complaints at all. We definitely booking again for next year bike week or any other day just to chill for the weekend

I can't say enough good things about the house and the host. We had the bad luck of the spa being out of service during our stay due to a part needing to be replaced. As much as we had hoped to enjoy that part of the home, the rest of the house and the host more than made up for it. Hoa is easily one of the top 3 hosts I've had so far in my many Airbnb stays over the years. She was proactive, friendly and welcoming, and helped us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. I especially liked the labels on the many light switches, drawers, and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable and sofa/TV was relaxing and entertaining. The photos are accurate but really don't do the home justice. I hope to book here again in the future!

Brent’s place is absolutely incredible and we will be back! We were in Tampa for a conference and his home offered ample ways to destress and decompose after a day full of educational sessions. He was an incredible host!! Always available, friendly, helpful. His home was even better than the ad suggested d you should consider yourself fortunate should his place be available on your next visit 😊

Host is incredibly communicative and proactive!! We had a minor issue upon arriving at the home and Selena was extremely kind and quick in helping us resolve it! The home is cozy and neighborhood is peaceful. I recommend it!!

Great place to stay. Dianey always responded right away when I had any questions. Nice unit for a family. The kitchen had everything you would need and then some. Very easy commute to Disney. We had a great stay!

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.
