Cottage vacation rentals in Central Florida

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s in a great location and we enjoyed the private pool and hot tub every day. It’s easy to get anywhere in town by walking and with the beach so close, we went there every day for sunrise and sunset walks. We look forward to coming back again next year to Anna Maria Island.

I’ve found my new favorite staycation spot and where I will enthusiastically recommend to friends and family visiting the area. The space was thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable. I will miss my morning coffee on the patio amongst all the plants and birds, my daily work sessions in the small quiet office, and the evening dips in the hot tub. Thanks for your thoughtfulness in creating this space!

Kathleen's home was wonderful. It was like staying at your fancy best friend's house who trusts you with all of her very cool, expensive gadgets. The pictures really do not do the home justice. She left treats for the humans and an Easter basket for the doggos. Very comfortable home and the CLEANEST AirBNB I have ever stayed in. Wonderful backyard area with plenty of comfortable seating and outside activities. I highly recommend Kathleen's home for your visit to Gainesville.

We had stayed at Jonathan's place two years prior, and were so pleased, we booked it again for this past week. The location is off the main road - quiet, nice areas to walk, etc - but very close to all the Disney attractions and restaurants. Since we were last at Jonathan's home, he has done some nice updates, which made the place look fresh and new. Jonathan was also very prompt in responding to any messages I sent - always very friendly, helpful and professional. If we come down to the Orlando area again, we will definitely book this place!!

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

Very cute home! The community is tightly spaced, however the beach is basically the back yard and the home is a quiet escape! We loved the beach objects and bikes to explore the area. The ocean and sand is clean and refreshing. We loved our stay!

The cutest little place! Perfect for a couple and pet! They were so kind to refunding my pet fee for being a service dog, because they “didn’t believe in charging for a service pet”! Great communication, checked in on me when I hadn’t checked in yet, made sure to let me know how to run the heat an AC when the nights were chilly, even offering to change the temp for me remotely! Can’t wait to stay again!

Place and location were great! And host was super communicative. It is small but that is expected based on the listing information. Would definitely go back!

A true gem of a home from a bygone era. Old Florida at its best. The kids loved stepping right off the porch into the sand. Perfect for walks with the kites and shelling. Home is in great shape despite the recent hurricanes. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had an amazing stay at Jen & Jason's place in Dunedin! The place was spotless, accommodating and had all the conveniences you would want in an AirBnb. It was not lacking for anything, and we felt very relaxed as soon as we walked through the door. Aside from the accommodations themselves, this place is perfectly located within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. We had fancy dinner, al fresco breakfast, tiki bar, breweries, live music, bike rides, art galleries and a beautiful sunset at the marina. What more can you ask for? Dunedin is a fun town and this is the perfect place to stay... we felt right at home and would not hesitate to visit again.

Another wonderful stay in this cozy cottage. Within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. House is cozy and had everything we needed. Wil is responsive to any questions. Received information prior to check in with the smart lock combination. Having a smart lock is so convenient as we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach or anytime my spouse or I were coming and going at different times. Isabel’s Historical Cottage was a great stay for us. She left all sort of welcoming niceties around and made us feel right at home.

5 Stars – For our 4 Night Perfect Stay in Palm Coast, Florida, at 111! We had a wonderful stay in Palm Coast! The lake was absolutely beautiful and made for such a peaceful backdrop. The pool was a bit cold, but still very nice and refreshing. The home itself was perfect for our stay—clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

Our stay was wonderful; the cottage was just as described and looked in the photos. Everything inside was immaculately clean and very well maintained with plenty of amentities available throughout. We were extremely please with our choice to stay here, as it was our first experience with an Air B & B and would be more than happy to suggest this as a place to stay for anyone.

This Is a great place that has amazing lake views and is very peaceful. This was a much needed quiet vacation that helped me unwind and next time I am going to try fishing , thank you so much for sharing your home.

Excellent stay. We will book here again. Jamie is a Superhost, and the property is well situated. We’ve used AirBnB in multiple continents, and guests can book here with confidence. The area is safe, the property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and it works extremely well for a family of four.
