Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

we loved our place. and that included Jackson our dog. it was very nostalgic cool. retro but in a very good way. as a arbnb host myself i could tell they had a lot of fun putting together the look and feel of the place down to the macrame wall hanging...very fun and comfortable. we will stay here again

Amy communicated well with us and made sure everything went well with the stay. The location is great if you are planning on visiting the beaches and there are plenty of places to visit and eat nearby.

We went to Dunedin to attend a wedding, was extremely happy with the house, the area, and how close it was to the venues we had to attend. House was very clean and had detailed information for check-in and check-out.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

This was my first experience with Airbnb and Jeremy made this a very easy trip all the way around. The pictures are accurate, it was a little cottage that had everything you can possibly need for a nights stay. there is a corner store and coffee ship right around the corner if you forget to bring anything. The beaches are just a few miles down the road. I was able to bring my dog there with no problems at all. He also enjoyed his stay. Thank you Jeremy for excellent communication and a great stay!

Andrew was a very helpful and responsive host. The house was beautiful, clean and has described. we love Bradenton and will be back. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and location provided easy access to other areas.

Home is beautiful just like the photos! Pool & backyard definitely the highlight of the house! We could hang there all day. Location was perfect for everything that we wanted to do. Park behind the house we all had a great time at, nice added amenity. We loved our time here and hope to be back! ☀️☀️

Great host and house. We enjoyed the layout of the house, awesome kitchen but the most we enjoyed the outside space and pool. Very nice neighborhood for walks in the morning. Easy drive to beaches, quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants.

We stayed at the property for about 5 days over Spring Break. The location of the house is great but you will need a rental car to get around, many beaches, restaurants and other attractions within minutes of the home. We had small children in our group so we appreciated the gated backyard and the high lock on the sliding door in the back to get to the pool. There were plenty of towels and laundry detergent so we could wash them throughout our stay. The kitchen was pretty well equipped for our needs. Luckily, we bought some cheap plastic cups for the kids to use while we were there and we had paper plates. There was limited to no plastic wear or mixing bowls. Place was clean and lots of toiletries provided. There were no blackout curtains on the windows (usually helpful for small kids/babies nap times) We brought our own travel suction cup kind so that wasn't an issue. The thermostat was brand new but we had no idea how to work it - just call them, they're really helpful and responsive

Extremely well equipped villa in a central location with a beautiful pool area which was lovely and private. Michelle and Evan were extremely accommodating and were only a message away if we needed anything. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to others.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

i use airbnb quite a bit... had an issue with kuerig not turning on after i had my kcups delivered from Amazon. Thomas response was within like 15 minutes after i notified him after 9 pm and had a new kuerig at our front door by 6 am ..no interruption. Condo is beautiful and comfortable with heated pool, hot tub just a few steps from front door..Loved our stay..thank you!!

We came for the beach and the condo did not disappoint. The condo was as described and looks in the photos especially the great ocean view. Literally steps from the beach along with the pool and Tiki Bar makes this a great spot. A few miles away from John's Pass and restaurants all around. Great spot!

Great Condo! The condo was well-equipped, clean, and had a beautiful view! We loved having an oceanfront view from our balcony. The extra bunk room was great and gave us extra space to spread out. We cooked in the kitchen easily, with the needed pots/pans and utensils. Beds and pillows were nice, as were plush bath towels. We took the stairs often, but there is an elevator if you need it.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. There is nothing like being able to walk down the stairs and straight to the beach just footsteps away. The beach was beautiful and very peaceful, not at all crowded or loud. We enjoyed the sunset view from the balcony every night, and appreciated the free bottle of wine our host provided. There were plenty of tourist attractions within a short driving distance for those looking for action. Lovely stay overall.

My sister, father and I had a wonderful stay. The condo is just like the pictures. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the place is very clean. The balcony was awesome. We saw many dolphins from the balcony. The sunsets were beautiful.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

Cute little spot in a perfect location close to every hung. The beach was beautiful and we loved the tiki bar.
