Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central Florida

Vanessa was very helpful and responded in a timely manner. Her place looks exactly like the pictures. Great location around everything. It only took 16 minutes to get to Disney. I would recommend this place to family and friends. I would book again when I come back.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

Overall, we had a great experience. Windsor Hills is a beautiful property with great amenities. We loved the pool area and my son loved the basketball court. The condo was as pictured and we had plenty of space. My 5 year old loved the decorations. The location to Disney World was wonderful. Our host was very responsive and informative. The condo was overall clean and clutter free. However, the floors were dirty and there was a musty smell when you walked in the unit. These aren’t dealbreakers for us and we would stay again.

Zach and Colleen‘s place is a wonderful vacation resort, it never disappoints. It’s kid friendly, with several swimming facilities for all ages. It’s spacious, clean, and right on the beach. We really appreciated the shuttle that took us from the resort to the beach every 15 minutes, and hauled all our beach stuff! We look forward in going back in August.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. My 18 year old thought the Playstation was a nice touch! We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, but felt right at home while we were there. Would definitely book again if in the area.

My family had a wonderful stay! It was in such a prime location (extremely close to the parks) and exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and the pool area was so fun for my toddler!

Stayed with my family for 7 nights. Overall, it was a good location to all major attractions in Orlando on our list and only an hour away from Cocoa beach. Spacious, well-kept rental apartment with lots of parking available, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, beds were comfortable.

This was a PERFECT launchpad for many activities. We spent a day or two on site while sick and then were able to hit Epcot, Disney Springs, and Legoland. The game room was awesome, the movie theatre was awesome, and we loved the hot tub. Easy to get instacart orders. Thanks so much!!

Our stay was exceptional. The home is breathtakingly beautiful. Modern amenities, beautiful kitchen and exquisite decor. Indya was a phenomenal host. She was very responsive and patient with my questions.

Our large group had an amazing time at the Waterfront Oasis! There was plenty of space to spread out & have fun. The outdoor space was great for sun, pool, shade, fishing, kayaking, etc….something for everyone! We spent a lot of time around the big kitchen island & family room. The space had everything we needed to have some fun on our visit to Florida! Thank you to our host!!

My sister and her family came to visit for the Christmas; we rented this place so we could all stay together there were 13 of us 10 adults and 2 children (7 & almost 2) they had everything we needed and we had plenty of space for everyone. The ship bed was so cool if you have younger kids they will love it. We had so much fun playing pool, shuffle board Pac-Man and basketball and watching movies in the theater room. We paid extra for the heated pool but it was a plus since it was a cooler week. The karaoke room and movie room were awesome and so much fun. The whole family had a great time. We were so busy we never made it to the resort pool area. I’m sure you and your family will have a great time here, I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

We stayed at Cortez Chic and it was amazing!! The house was everything we needed for our family. Everything was perfect!! I never had to contact Anchor Down the entire stay once we got into the home! The only time I needed to contact them was when the code didn’t work. The emailed code didn’t work but a quick call and they gave me a different code and we were in. The house description was spot on! I would stay at another Anchor Down home again! The value of the rental was awesome! We had such a fantastic week and staying in this home had a lot to do with it. The pool was the best part of the home!! 5 stars for Anchor Down & Cortez Chic!!

Very nice … In need of flash lights in case of power outage. It’s super dark with no lights. Besides ending our last night with no lights it was a great place to stay. No fault of any one …. Lights were out in the area.

Incredibly responsive. Beautiful home. Would just mention- there is not a full size crib at the home.

This house had absolutely everything we needed for our trip. The host even had made a book of clear instructions and even things to do around the area. Everything was super clean and tidy. Very spacious as well. We had a minor issue with the pool and it was fixed within the hour! Amazing house and host.

We enjoyed our stay at Carol's home. It's very bright and open. The pool and hot tub are amazing.

Scott’s communication throughout the stay was great! Room was exactly as pictured and described. The resort has wonderful and very polite staff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Daytona.

This was a great stay for our family of 5. Check in was easy and the place itself was cleaned very well before we arrived. The location was close to all of the theme parks and anything else we wanted to do.

Five of us stayed at Brian’s place for a few nights. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice and comfortable beds! Everything was EXACTLY as described. The amenities are great, we used the pool, the hot tub and the arcade area. They also have tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. It is close to all the parks Orlando has to offer in that area. We had a car rental and we were able to park very close to the unit every time, a lot of parking space available. They have security to get inside the complex, we felt very safe. All the houses around the complex looked very nice and well maintained, very nice neighborhood. I reached out to Brian a few times and he responded very quickly and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Great place with 3 bedrooms and great amenities. Host was helpful to fix anything that came across with place and quick response at that. They next day mailed dish soap without me asking. Commendable and straightforward as well as great detailed direction on premises and check in as well as check out.

This condo worked out great for our family’s stay. It has everything we needed with our toddler, from a pack and play, a booster seat, lots of toys and books, and a lightweight stroller. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and pillows. It was awesome having the park and pool so close to the building. Only downside was we did have some noisey people above us. Thanks for having us!

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

A perfect place for our stay while we visited some theme parks. A very clean unit in a quiet gated community. Uriel was very responsive with any inquiries we had. We would definitely stay here again.
