Loft vacation rentals in Central Florida

Loft was really clean and overall very comfortable. The only thing was that we thought there would be an actual bed room but it’s just one big studio. It can get a bit noisy in the mornings, we had gardeners outside the first morning and then just trucks and the trash come the next morning. Really nice though and cozy, good place to stay if you want to be in downtown orlando, and still not too far from parks or disney springs.

Selected for a host of reasons unrelated to its convenience to downtown Jensen Beach, the beach, and the scenery along the many rivers. If the laid back beach life is what you crave Andrew’s place is perfect. His entertainment center includes hundreds of movies and access to his old school vinyl collection will make want to stay forever. Great place for a couple or family with elementary school age or older children.

Great place to stay! I was only here for 2 days and loved it. Pete was super nice and responsive from the start. When i got into the space, i was happy to see it felt like i was in an extended stay hotel. It had everything i needed (clean sheets, towels, ironing board, kitchen appliances, plates, pots, pans, spices, coffee, and more!) i didn't get to watch TV because i was studying, but it's huge! there is a unit AC that is so efficient and allows you to make the room the perfect temperature. It's also very quiet there. I was studying from like 5pm to 4am and i didn't hear a peep from outside, so if you want a cozy relaxed place, this is for you. I am a single female and i felt very safe being here by myself. The key pad is very easy to use and he gives you the code quickly, so you never have to wait. He also gives his phone number so you can contact him personally and he gets back to you with any question quickly! i would definitely stay here again!

This walk up has everything you need. Lots of room and desk space for two digital nomads. A big ++++ for the bidet - the first time we have seen one in the US! Brett was responsive and helpful - his recommendations for the very lively area around his place are spot on. There is some noise and street parking can be a problem esp over Friday and Saturday but we loved being so close to the action!

The stairs were a challenge with two suitcases, but other than that this was a beautiful place. I loved the balcony that overlooks the pool and lake. The desk made working very easy. Johanne was very accommodating allowing me to change my reservation from 1 to 2 guests. Will stay again if in the area!

It had everything we were looking for! I would say for two people it was very spacious and we loved that. Full size kitchen was really handy. The couch doubles as a lounger and is perfect for an after beach nap. Walking distance to everything. Having dedicated parking included is a big win for this area. Try the bakery downstairs for coffee, very friendly people.

We have family living in Tampa and frequently come down from Wisconsin for visits. We have always spent almost twice as much on hotels near downtown, but this trip we decided to check other options. SO GLAD WE DID! Fred was excellent with communication from the moment I reached out with my initial inquiry. His instructions for access to the building and parking suggestions - super helpful. The loft is gorgeous! King bed is incredibly comfortable, as are the large futon and couch. Kitchen is totally outfitted, perfect for cooking full meals, room at dining table & island stools for a large group. Bathroom is super clean, large walk in shower with wonderful water pressure. Washer/dryer in unit, 2 smart/streaming TVs. BEST feature of this amazing loft is that Fred also owns the Spanish restaurant below and got us reservations for dinner & the fantastic Flamenco show (last Sat every month). Food, staff & entertainment are PHENOMENAL. This will be our TOP rental any trip from now on!
