Resort vacation rentals in Central Florida

We loved our stay here and will certainly be back! The location was perfect! We went to the Disney Parks & the ESPN center. Everything was close and the pools were perfect for a day off from all the parks & site seeing. Highly recommend! For reference, we comfortably fit our family of 5 (kids are 13, 11 and 3) and they all loved it.

We loved our stay at Maria’s place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked and conveniently located. The building’s management was very helpful and responsive. Maria’s responses were prompt and thorough. You’d be smart to book this!

This resort is amazing ! Everything on site- you don’t even need to leave ! A Walmart right across the street along with tons of restaurants if you don’t want to stay onsite. We will definitely be back !

Racheal was extremely helpful even before check in!! The area was very nice and the building was clean and staff were friendly. The room itself was very nice, clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! There were a few places that could use a paint touch up or repair, but honestly I expect that from high tourist areas like Daytona (some people just don’t know how to respect other peoples property!). The only true downfall of the room was the bathroom size, which I understand can’t be helped. Although it is updated and clean, there’s no room to change and barely room to open/shut the bathroom door without having to step into the shower. The room itself is beautiful, the balcony is nice and the area, even though it is quite central, is quiet. I was honestly surprised at how peaceful the beach was for it being the middle of June!! It was never too crowded or rowdy! All in all, I highly recommend staying here! It was the perfect stay for a home away from home!

Amanraj’s place couldn’t be better. She upgraded my stay for the presidential suite that has 4 bedrooms/6 beds without charging extra fees. The resort has many pools, plenty of outside activities and it is very close to the Disney parks. She also answered all my messages very quickly. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo in Orange Lake was amazing! Lots to do and everyone there was helpful & kind. Beautiful place!

We had a wonderful stay at Westgate Villas. Ryan was very responsive and quick with reply’s. If you have children I highly recommend staying here. The water park is absolutely phenomenal. Our 6 year old had the time of her life and was in the water park and pools from morning to closing. We had one glitch upon arrival the room they gave us turned out to be already occupied. But the bell staff quickly return to the check in desk and got another room for us. We didn’t have any maid service during our stay, I am not sure if that is something you need to request or if our room change never got passed along to the cleaners. But it didn’t bother us. We just called and requested more fresh towels, coffee so it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, spacious room. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out, many pools and hot tubs to choose from also a nice water park, with a kid friendly area, wave pool, water slides and a lazy river. Restaurants, small grocery store, an arcade, bowling alley and mini golf on site! Perfect for the whole family!

We had a great time. Rooms are big, much bigger than a hotel, with a full kitchen! (We didn't use it but you can) very much like renting a 2 bedroom house all to yourself, but with all the outdoor fun. Pools, mini golf, BBQ pits, inner tube floating, wow! Carrie was very fast and responsive too, we had to wait in line for checking in and she is faster than the hotel staff! They are very friendly too... :)

WOW! such an amazing host and stay! Crystal was very helpful and answered my questions so quickly. check in & check out was so easy and smooth. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the front desk of the timeshare. Gave us a lot of info and activities to do around the resort/outside the resort. I would highly recommend to stay here. Very close to everything…would totally stay here again at the Mystic Dunes Resort. Thank you again Crystal for an amazing stay!

Perfect family vacation and would also be great for a couples vacation! The room was amazing. The grounds are beautiful. The pool, bar, food and Dj were perfect for long sunny days! Definitely booking again.

Phil's is in a perfect location. 5-minute walk to the beach and restaurants with live music. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Fabulous stay. Brandon communicated promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The two room unit was perfect for us … giving the kids their own space and privacy and allowing for different bed and wake-up times. The grounds are beautiful and the pools fabulous. So many amenities to enjoy right on property. We loved our time here.
