Houseboat vacation rentals in Central Florida

Our three night stay at Kim’s place was excellent. The houseboat is well designed and immaculate. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Kim was always responsive to any questions. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the turtles and birds. There are many restaurants in Sanford or just stay at the harbor and eat at the deli or the bar. We would love to stay again.

We totally enjoyed our 12 night stay on the "Why Knot" houseboat. Michael met us when we arrived, showed us around and pointed out anything that needed special instructions. The boat was very clean, had brand new carpet, and had everything we needed. The town of Sanford is very walkable. We enjoyed the community theater, the winery and local restaurants.

Jay & Teresa’s place was wonderful! The location was perfect and it was exactly as described and pictured. The Houseboat was comfortable and I felt right at home. I can’t wait to make this a yearly trip ❤️

Great space for a getaway or vacation. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the little back deck mornings with our coffee and evenings relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and we cooked a few meals with the turn key kitchen. VERY functional and efficient. Walking distance to the beach and downtown-- GREAT location without out being in the busy area. Very relaxing and the amenities are awesome. I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a peaceful, private and beautiful location to stay, Natalie's houseboat is the place for you! This place was awesome and so was Natalie! She made sure we had everything we needed (and then some) to make this the best stay ever. The houseboat was spotless and very well appointed. Loved having coffee on the upper deck, being right on the water, watching the sunsets from the jacuzzi every evening, the daily visits from dolphins and even a manitee, I could go on and on. Thank you for a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Needless to say, we will be back!

This place is an absolute gem! Tucked away in a peaceful, welcoming RV community, Chip's spot was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy some incredible wildlife. The neighbors were so friendly and offered plenty of help. We had access to kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe and Amanda, a neighbor, was kind enough to lend us some fishing gear. Chip’s place was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed. We even got to watch a launch from the boat’s upper deck—what an amazing experience! Highly recommend this place!

What a wonderful host! Very nice, clean, cozy and comfortable houseboat. Location is quiet and very well reached by car with parking close at hand. Communication with Jill was very friendly, straightforward and respectful. Everything was as described and exactly as pictured. We will be happy to come back and recommend this place! God bless!

Our stay on the Dolphin was everything we hoped for. MaryBeth quickly responded to any questions and/or concerns we had, especially since this was our first stay on the water. A truly a unique experience, and one we look forward to doing it again.
