Condo vacation rentals in Central Florida

This condo was the perfect beach getaway spot. Being a block from the beach, it was a very quick and easy walk and the beach was quite and peaceful! The condo was also incredible comfortable. John and Dottie provided a list of wonderful restaurant suggestions and I have to agree with them that the spearfish grill was the best fish!

The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well furnished and well maintained. We were in town for a major annual event and will be back next year. We are looking forward to stay again in this great condo.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. We were able to walk to the convention center to avoid paying for parking at the convention center. The apartment has ocean views and has a bar/restaurant on the first floor. The apartment was clean and decorated very nicely. The hosts provided easy instructions on how to check in.

Great condo on the Gulf with easy sunset watching! The short walk to the water and nature trail was a plus. Very responsive communication!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Jim provided detailed instructions for check in and met us to show us around. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with the necessities. Already looking forward to our next visit!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

We had a great trip! Condo was in a great location close to all restaurants and the beautiful beach! Also across the street Morton’s market was a great local grocery shop! The backyard pool and tiki bar area was an awesome space. Highly recommend this condo for a great trip! We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here! The condo was charming, not too over-renovated (if you know what I mean). It was well-appointed, extremely comfortable, and very clean. We loved being on the first floor because the view was entirely of the beach and the water, and it wasn't noisy at all (which I was a little concerned about before our stay). The one controversial thing for our group was the giant TV in the living room which blocked some of the view (adults weren't a fan, my kids loved it), but it was an extremely minor quibble. Key tip: the walk-in closets were AMAZING for our baby's travel crib - she was close to us, but had a totally dark and quiet room to herself. Would definitely stay again!

This is an AMAZING place to stay. Staff was incredible and so nice!!!!!! So responsive when trying to book this place. The place is so clean and beautiful. The front desk staff was so insanely nice. And the girl I forget her name with brown long curly hair was the best. Does she ever go home? lol then the shorter lady working Monday was so nice too. Definitely worth it and I will be back. Amazing.

Would absolutely stay here again! The views were beautiful and gorgeous from the condo, even the view from the parking garage was amazing. Right in the center of a lot of things to do, peaceful and super clean. The host was amazing at communication and was super helpful throughout the stay, really went above and beyond!!

I rented this for my family to celebrate some birthdays with some peace and the beach, the area was perfect across from the beach, Publix within walking distance, close to some really good restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 and dog friendly. We loved that the building only has about 10-12 units and made our pool visits feel more private. When we checked in the front desk was very nice and they recommended some spots nearby. Our kids really liked the inflatable park nearby as well. We are already planning our next stay. Great place! We were able to walk to restaurants and grab some drinks at the gas station across the street before going to the beach! Short walk to the ocean was 100% worth it. Thanks Todd!

What can I say! Steps from the beach! Beautiful view. The condo was clean and tidy. Restaurants was close by. The only downfall was There was only one beach chair! Great place to stay and we would stay again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The home was well-stocked with everything we needed— from a baby high chair to laundry detergent. The couches and beds were super comfortable. Terri reached out to make sure we had all we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Sandra is an amazing host! The condo looks exactly like the photos in the listing. She set it up like you were arriving home when you first walk in the door. Finding the condo was very easy with clear instructions. The unit is well furnished with toiletries, laundry supplies, and various cooking supplies. The location is incredible with so many dining options around, and shopping areas a very short drive away. Sandra is very responsive to messages and any issues that may arise. She wants you to have a great vacation and you can tell by the effort she puts in to make her properties warm and inviting. 5/5⭐ - Would definitely stay again!

This condo was nice for a central location. We went to downtown Bradenton to the Bishop Museum, to Anna Maria Island and to Palmetto. The kitchen had all the basics and the freezer has an ice machine which was nice. We utilized the beach towels only but they also provide beach chairs and some pool noodles. There was some siren noise from the main streets near by, but nothing awful. Lots of closet space, great to have a washer and dryer and the guest bath has been nicely redone. We would stay here again.

I wish all airb&b’s were like this, we were short of nothing! This condo is ideal for a small family. The kitchen was full with silverware, pots/pans, plates, bowls, plastic utensils, napkins, and cleaning supplies. There was also an abundance of towels and bathroom products. They also had some toys for the little ones, my daughter greatly appreciated that. The condo was clean and spacious just as the photos show. This location is truly a GEM! The beach is literally across the street. 9 min drive to Ocean Walk, and about a 15 min drive to One Daytona on International Speedway Blvd. Brad was amazing with communication and accommodations on a late check out. We can’t wait to stay here again <3

Loved It❣️ VERY Clean, had everything we needed to keep my 4yo happy and Helena provided great recommendations around the area🎉 Whisky Joe's and the pool bar food were both delicious, the staff was very friendly and, THE AMAZING SUNSET....WOW🥰🥰🥰🥰

This property was exactly what our family needed for our Disney vacation! Rooms were spacious and simple which made it nice while traveling with kids. After a full day of travel it was nice to have an easy check in!

Comfy hotel style room on the beach with everything you need; even the cooler, beach chairs and sunscreen. Snacks were a giant plus as well. Clean and organized. Slept great in the comfy bed. Good hot showers in the mornings. I highly recommend staying with Kelly. Such a great beach stay.
