Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Florida

Chet house on the canal was absolutely beautiful and cozy!! My family and I felt right at home we did not want to leave ! Very clean and spacious, even when we had a minor issue with the tub Chet responded at a timely manner and even came over the following morning to fix the issue !! Will def recommend and will book again !!! P.s. I wanted to live on that back porch it was so peaceful and siren

The house was beautiful and very clean. You can tell it is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. My family had no issues in our stay. Having pets allowed was a plus and was the main reason we booked. The neighbors are pretty friendly and it is a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend!

We were in town for my niece’s graduation. This was a great place to relax with lots of amenities close by.

Great place to stay! Clean and very comfortable! Veronica was quick to respond and gave great local spots for ice cream! We stayed for our daughter’s Volleyball tournament which was 5 mins away from the venue! We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

What can I say? Everything was great! The house was extremely big and spacious, exactly what we needed. The host was the greatest, she was very responsive in a timely manner. I promise you won’t be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay.

Very peaceful neighborhood. Room to cook, relax, enjoy the backyard and more. We had six guests stay and had plenty of room without feeling cramped! Would book again.

Everything was great, but the communication did leave some to be desired. We would love to stay here again if/when we go back to St. Augustine.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Great stay , would visit again and recommend

I booked this place as a gift for my recent college grad and her boyfriend who were driving home to his house. They really enjoyed their stay and helped me fill out this review. They said they loved the place. The walk into town was a little adventure through a back gate and might be confusing for some but they loved it. The easy parking and very clear instructions made it an easy stay for them.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, ! We went to SeaWorld for the day, this location is perfect,,, only 1/2-2 miles away yet away from the hustle, bustle & traffic of the attractions!!! The pool was beautiful and within walking distance and a wonderful addition was the splash pad if you have little children. Also, the pool has a sitting area for little ones which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for basic cooking but no dish cloth or scrubby’s for dishes so bring your own. Also the bathroom between the 2 bedrooms shower is opposite so cold is hot & hot is cold….not a big deal if you know ahead of time!

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

Fantastic place for a family vacation! House was beautiful, spotless, well laid out and clutter free. The Pool area is like a resort, the hot tub is such a nice addition to enjoy too. The kids loved inside and out. Amazing host with outstanding communication and local recommendations too. Would definitely go back again. Thank you!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

We had an incredible stay at Rebekah's home! We hosted my bachelorette weekend at the house and it was quite literally perfect. We spent most of the day by the pool and dinners out on covered patio. I can't recommend this place enough for a large group. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, numerous locations to lounge, and was just an overall great hosting space for a large group of 9 women. Thanks again to Rebekah and her team!

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.
