We had a wonderful stay with Lourdes and Paul! They were extremely professional and kind. We felt right and home and could come and go as needed. It was a perfect stay for our family vacation!

This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here for the winter. Everything is great!

This place was family friendly, the house keeper Marie took care of all our needs with joy. The room was really two for one with the space for our kids beds was separated from our sleeping space with a door. The very quirky over the top decor was fun and festive. Everything was super clean. We will definitely go back!

If you are traveling through Tampa business or pleasure this is the place to stay. You can really unwind here and relax. Jessica is an amazingly interesting and the most friendly host.

Ken and Andrea were truly outstanding hosts; incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. It brought back memories of staying at a friend’s house growing up; warm, welcoming, and easygoing. We had our own private section of the house, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and very clean, and the entire home was peaceful and quiet. The location is also ideal, just a quick 10-15 minute drive to either St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key Village, or the UTC Mall. Would absolutely stay here again.

The Carrige House was so cozy and private. We loved the huge tub and all of the great decor. The one thing that stood out the most is Cathy’s cooking. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast before heading out. Would recommend this place highly!

Overall a very nice place, particularly the location. Serene, secluded, yet located close to shops in Big Pine Key, good restaurants in Marathon, and Bahia Honda Beach. The ocean view room has a great view of the ocean as the name implies and you will definitely see Key deer there. A few things to note though: the breakfast is pretty minimal, so plan to self-cater if you are a big breakfast eater. Our sheets were a polyester blend — if you prefer cotton, plan in advance. It looks like the place is under recent new ownership so they are probably ironing out these few kinks. Overall a fantastic place and amazing location!

Such a nice, homey, well-decorated house; a very peaceful porch (with hammock access) and a beautiful, lush yard. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Ines made delicious home-cooked meals every morning, and she and her husband were friendly with plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. Extra shoutout to Carlitos the cat.

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

The Staff was friendly and helpful. They always asked if there was anything they could do for us. The Breakfasts were just what we needed to start the day full of walking and enjoying old town St. Augustine. We enjoyed being able to walk about town but return to 44 Spanish Street to rest, reading books in our room or out on the upper porch. The charming location was perfect because it was quiet but we could walk a couple of blocks to get involved with the night-life. We would stay there again.

If I ever return to Port Orange, I'll definitely be booking with Addie again! My stay at the Airbnb was such a unique experience, it truly felt like home. Addie went above and beyond what I expected, and I'm so grateful for that. Her hospitality and the comfort of her home made my trip to Port Orange unforgettable. Thank you, Addie!

Debra and Roger are gracious hosts and wonderful cooks. This was our second stay with them. We've now stayed in both bedrooms - hard to choose which one we like better.

This is a beautiful little Airbnb. The hosts are incredible and they do a lot of little touches like homemade chocolate chip cookies and fresh cut flowers in the room. It’s very peaceful and they’ve done a great job with their gardens so you feel right at home I would highly recommend it.

Aneta’s place was in a quieter neighborhood of Key West, with Duval Street just a few blocks walk away or reachable by the free loop bus. The bedroom and shared bathrooms were very clean as were the other shared spaces. One of the two bathrooms was always available. The breakfast of fresh fruit, bagels/pastry, and cereal could be eaten inside in the sitting area or outside in the lush garden. Mr Rolando and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was not available as part of the package. We arrived on a Monday and were able to find a free parking spot 2 blocks away where we left the car for the 2 days we were there. We also enjoyed use of the pool next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow! Such a great experience. Sheri and her husband Dave were absolutely amazing! From my initial inquiry till the day we checked out they were the best hosts I’ve ever had. The property is tucked away from crowds and traffic and is incredibly peaceful. It is such a nice place to relax, take a walk, or sit by the firepit. And the food was amazing!! Homemade and sourced from their garden. Can’t get any better than that! Dinner was superb and the breakfast waffles with fresh fruit was just right! I look forward to coming back.

Jeanne, Robert and Wes treated me like I was a part of their family. I’ve never rented a room before but this was the best experience I’ve had with AirBnB. They invited me for multiple meals in the home. They took me out to dinner one night for my birthday and got me a little gift bag out of the kindness of their souls. The pool and hot tub were top notch. At times I just laid out back and listened to the waterfall meeting the highest level of relaxation. This was the trip I needed for an escape from the stress and busy life of work in my hometown. If I could rate my experience higher than 5 Stars I absolutely would. I plan to come back with my partner later on to enjoy the company and room that the Bolton’s provided. 10/10 room rental experience; if you are second guessing on booking a room don’t do it. Just book it; the family will provide a privacy screen and the privacy you want as needed. Thank you all for the experience it was everything and more!!! -Sean :)

We stay here Everytime we come thru the area! This host will literally do her BEST to accommodate EVERY TIME!! We’ve switched dates added dates asked for different check in times and she’s always amazing! We recommend this place to everyone! It’s so peaceful and close to the beach! This place was an amazing find!!!! We went to Daytona for bike week. Karen was an amazing host. Her breakfast was 5 stars. There were always snacks, beverages, and candy available. A mini fridge outside our room stocked with beer and wine. Our room was beautiful and clean. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you Karen for such a great experience!!!

if you want to go to miami this is the best place for sure!!! Very cosy, clean and quiet. The location is very convenient and central. the host Tony, will make you feel like family and make sure you have a great stay! If you need any tip for Trips or activities around the City Tony will make it his personal mission to help you out. In terms of equipment (kitchen especially) this place is on a hole different level, and does not even compare to other AirBnBs!
