Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

The location and community are the best. The facility was perfect. Studio is over the garage. Off street parking is included. One mile from a beautiful and famous outdoor mall in a beautiful resort, ocean town, known as, Newport Beach, CA. This unit has A/C and heating systems. The owners, Ken and Pam are exceptional.

This is my second year in a row to visit Jill’s cottage. It’s now my favorite spot to rest and reset for the upcoming year. I work remotely and this location is ideally suited for it. I enjoy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen for most meals every day. There’s room for a yoga mat and the hills around her house make for aerobic walks. One grocery store is in walking distance, several others are close driving distance. Restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner are abundant. Loads of shopping in Laguna Beach and of course some of the most beautiful beaches in SoCal are a few minutes away. I would park most days in a City of Laguna lot with ChargePoint charging station. You can’t find a more proactive and responsive host—Jill is extraordinary. I truly can’t find any way to improve what this cottage has to offer. I will return again for the third year in a row next year.

Dan and Norma’s place was great: conveniently located within a quick drive to our favorite beaches and restaurants, fantastic community with heated pool and deliveries brought to your front door, and the well equipped and updated kitchen made cooking our daily meals a breeze. Dan was a great host and very accommodating and responsive to our one off requests that allowed me to have a bike parked on-site. Even though we didn’t have to work from home, everything was ready and setup for easy plug and play. We’d happily stay here again when we’re back in the area.
