House vacation rentals in Newport Beach

We loved staying at Eric’s place! The house was beautiful & super clean! Just as described! & perfect for our Disney vacation! Could even watch the Fireworks from Disney in the front yard, it was amazing! The house had everything we needed! Bathrooms & kitchen were stocked very well with everything you could think of! We will definitely be staying again when we come back! Couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb for our trip! The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house while we came down to go to Disneyland. The outdoor space rocks. The pool was awesome once it got warm enough. The hot tub was perfect. We loved everything available to us in the kitchen and the hosts are super responsive. The beds were so comfortable!! We spent every night curled up on the very cozy couch watching movies (with all 6 of us!) The home was very clean and simple and decluttered and HIGHLY kid friendly- which we were so thankful for! I do want to say, just so it’s written on here, because it took me by surprise when I didn’t see any reviews talking about it (but honestly it didn’t affect our trip and the home was perfect for us) the house itself inside could use some upkeep. There are a lot of holes, mismatched paint, and scuffs on walls. Hard water heavy in showers. So when we first got there I was worried it was a dud- but it’s definitely a fantastic home and hosts and we would stay again without hesitation.

Bottom line- would I stay here again? Absolutely. You really can’t get any closer to Disney and still have the comfort of home along with a private pool and the convenience of a kitchen and laundry! The stroller saved us! The optional heated pool was a life saver too! Sure there are some fixes that would make it even better but nothing that would deter us from staying there. There are some obvious DIY upgrades that aren’t the nicest and some areas that could use some upgrades. The towels are a bit thin and feel overly used. Same goes for the linens. Nothing smelled or felt especially fresh. “Master” bathroom floor was a wet mess after showering so we tried to avoid it which meant 7 people trying to share one shower. The kitchen could use more essentials - I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Silverware felt kinda old and cheap and they need more! Again, overall, it’s a great place if you’ve got a larger group and you’re going to be mostly at the parks!

Better than described and especially ready for kids - lots of books and pool toys/floaties. Everything was very clean, well stocked and up to date.

The stay was absolutely lovely! We had a great time and my niece and nephew did as well. We would totally rebook again. The house was great and the instructions were awesome.

The accommodations were excellent. From the time we entered the courtyard with the pool, which had a feeling of safety and security, to entering the home we felt like we had "arrived home". The kitchen is very spacious and great for cooking. We had a beautiful family and friends dinner, had all the room we needed to serve at the island and be seated around the table. The bathrooms were clean and simple. The beds were more than comfortable with the number of options gracious. The living room lighting options could be set bright or low for ambiance. Parking was easy once we got the hang of it. Often times we found a spot right in front of the house, in addition to one car parked in the alley. The simple decorations and simple kitchen made our time relaxing. We walked easily to great breakfasts, robust coffee and steak dinners. Main Street has more than enough options for food and several shops to browse. All within a block from the house. The beach and pier were easily accessed too!

Carmen is an outstanding hostess! After a long day on the road with lots of kids, I was overcome by the beautiful Christmas tree and peaceful atmosphere of the house. The house was homey and comfortable and very clean- my expectations were exceeded on all these accounts. Carmen left gifts for us under the tree too. Such a sweet and wonderful gesture. If you are traveling with a large family, this house is a must. I can’t imagine how cramped and noisy a hotel suite would have been for our brood. The kitchen was very well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare our meals. The location is very walkable to the Disney parks and so made a nice excursion one evening for a Christmas dinner outing. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I don't like to stay in hotels because they are noisy and this neighborhood was very quiet! The kids enjoyed having their own spaces, and the hot tub was amazing after walking at Disney all day. We did need to drive to Disney, it was not a walkable distance. But it was a short drive and not at all an issue.

This home was amazing! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and we loved all of the amenities. We loved that it was very close to Disneyland and that the house was in a nice friendly neighborhood. We definitely would recommend this house!

Big family stayed here for our trip and the pictures of the house don’t do justice this house is beautiful and big! Very fast responses and helpful with any questions. Everything was clean and smelled amazing. Definitely looking forward to stay here again

The heated pool and spa was amazing and our toddlers loved it while the weather was a bit chilly. We loved that there was a gate to prevent kids from going into the pool and it felt extra safe staying there. We greatly appreciated the variety of toys available for them to play and choose from. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Gina was very responsive when we had any concerns or questions.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

Amazing place. Tucked away but still close to everything. Everything as new and up to date. Jacuzzi and outdoor area was also a huge plus. Having a golf cart to get around was a treat. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean, spacious home. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms and cozy. Well stocked with towels and linens as well as all the essential kitchen supplies. Outdoor area is great for relaxing, swimming and sitting in the hot tub. Location is close to the convention center and Disney (15 minutes). There are grocery stores within a few minutes’ drive. Nice space for families or groups traveling together.

Was a great place to stay! Private parking in the back. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the location and the property both. The kitchen is great and well stocked. The bedrooms are perfect for privacy. And the living room, very comfortable and has a great view of the sunset. The host is responsive and we had a great day. Plus the outdoor space is a huge bonus.

The house is walkable to beach, church, restaurants and Ralph groceries. Open living room kitchen and dinning room makes it a wonderful place for family to dine, chat, watch tv and play games together. We had a wonderful time for our family of 4 and two dogs! Thanks!
