Orange County vacation rentals

This was our fourth stay at Kenny's place. Kenny is a great host, that takes excellent care of his property. It's a great place, in a great location, at a great price. We love it, and we love being able to call this our home away from home when traveling to the So Cal area.

Right in between both piers gives you a lot of options just on the balboa peninsula, or just a straight shot to the beach! Really fun stay

I honestly really enjoyed my stay here! Upon entering, you could smell the cleanliness of the home and it looked neat and the host was kind!

We had a great few days in this place within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants and Heysler Park. The house is spacious with high ceilings and very homely. There is everything one needs inside and the backyard has a great eating space but lovely smelling jasmine.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at James’s place! What a unique, peaceful and convenient location. Parking was easy, walking to restaurants and coffee was a piece of cake. I have family in Irvine so we popped back and forth a bit and it was no problem at all. We took early morning and evening walks around the island. Jame’s place felt like home immediately. It was clean and comfortable, and when we weren’t out and about it was easy to relax at Jame’s place. James was very helpful and proactive in providing all details. We would definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb is a great value for a couple’s trip. I compared the price to hotels nearby, and it’s significantly more affordable. The nearby beach is more private than the public beachfront downtown, which I really preferred. The only downside is that it isn’t walkable to most of the shops and restaurants, but they’re a short drive away, and the more secluded location is more peaceful and feels safer to me.

Absolutely a wonderful location. Quiet, comfortable and so cozy! The host was so sweet in stocking the fridge with morning goodies, water and coffee. The area was perfect with lots of restaurants. Easy access to the guesthouse and wonderful amenities, including a grill and lounge area. Could not have been more perfect for our weekend.

Laura's place was perfect for our little weekend getaway. Her guest house was very clean, the pool area was well kept and we had the pleasure of meeting her in person. She took the time to show us where everything was located to make our experience more enjoyable. The grill was accessible, had games on the TV, and a nice entertainment setup. We had a little hiccup with the app that was not connecting, but hey, technology has a mind of its own. Had a great time. Thank you.

Great location, yes it is noisy at night as it is close to bars and restaurants right by the pier. We enjoyed the proximity to everything especially the beach. It’s a great place for two. Our favorite amenity was the balcony and garage space for our vehicle. Thanks Jeremy for a great stay!

Everything was perfect with our stay. Samia was always very responsive which we appreciated and even let us check in early as we got to town earlier than expected. The only thing that was different from the listing was the parking, the neighbors were parked in the spot to where you couldn’t park in the designated parking. We had our newborn with us and were pretty lucky that every time we came and went parking was available on the street infront of the gate. Other than that which was something very minor to me, our stay was great! We thought that the space was super cute and with 3 adults (my husband, sister in law and me) plus an infant and bassinet we still had plenty of room. If you book with Samia there is no way you will be disappointed!

Great place with all the necessary amenities for a family and an extended (a little over a week) stay. Location was very good for where the places we went to with the family. A very inviting and comfortable house.

We spent a week at this house. It was the perfect resting place after moving out of our home while in transition to our new house.The house is tucked into a peaceful cul de sac, it was very quiet during our stay. The house is clean and cozy.We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and entertaining guests with a wide arrange of games on the patio. The location is close to the freeways so its easy to get to all our destinations. I definitely would recommend this listing and visit again.

A great stay and beautiful home. It was the perfect spot to relax after morning surf sessions. I would both recommend this BNB to others and stay here again. I was really impressed with how well stocked the home was. The host really provides everything you could need in all parts of the home as well as welcoming snacks, and other goodies. Clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! It doesn’t have AC, but he does provide lots of portable fans. It started getting a little warm during the day, but thankfully, most of our activities during our trip were all day activities. We really enjoyed the complementary bikes. The town itself is very nice and safe. We felt very comfortable the whole trip and we would definitely stay in the area again.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the best parts was the location, just walking downstairs, you’re surrounded by so many things to do. The check-in process was super easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment felt safe and quiet at night, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood. Would love to come back again!

Great spot! Very clean and well designed.

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

One word: AMAZING. The most welcoming and helpful hosts ever. They went above and beyond for me. The place is STUNNING and just so peaceful. If you’re in San Clemente, book with them and you’ll have the best experience ever!

I have stayed in a number of Air B&B's and Loredana's place is a 10 (10 being the highest). Her place is super clean, well appointed, has oodles of amenities (including a washer & dryer and a complete kitchen). There is a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. It was quiet at night and yet near everything you could possibly need. Loredana is responsive in her communication. This will be my first choice when I come back to visit family again!

Rebecca was a wonderful, very accommodating, and mindful host! She has created a very vibrant and colorful yet comfortable environment in the Air B&B and made it definitely worth the stay! She made check-in and check-out very easy and even recommended some great local spots! The place is beautifully decorated and in a great location in laguna Niguel. Highly recommend! :) 10/10! Gold stars! Thumbs up!
