Beachfront vacation rentals in Newport Beach

Our AventStay host was wonderful and very responsive to a few small issues and even stopped in. The house was perfect for our needs and one house away from the beach, bike and walking path. ( I thought it was going to be a block or more). All the kitchen appliances worked with an extra fridge in the garage and lots of sand toys, 2 bikes and boogie boards. The outdoor shower was especially nice and they had lots of beach towels of the jacuzzi. Very comfortable house!

The blue whale Inn #C was awesome. Clean spacious, comfy beds, tons of towels, stocked kitchen, hot tub, pet and kid friendly yard. Super short walk to the pier what more could you ask for. Oh and garaged parking with ease of access to the unit. The owners were super friendly and responsive. And the housekeeper was the sweetest and helpful. We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to come back.

Chris was a great host, very responsive and helpful when needed. Directions were clear upon check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

I honestly picked Jay's place from the great interior photos he has on his listing but his place was the literal meaning of "pictures don't do it justice". The home was spotless and super modern. The furniture and interior staging was stunning and well thought out. But what the photos didn't do justice on was THE VIEW. I definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Long Beach for the first or 20th time.

This gem was amazing. My family and I want to come back again! This airbnb exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed and more. I loved the balcony with the grill. Loved the back area with the hot tub! It always stayed hot. The living room was perfect for movie nights. Bob was very responsive when we had any questions or needed help with something. This airbnb had such a great price point for all the amenities it offered, the size, and location. It is actually a 1.5 minute walk to the sand (depending how fast you walk). It was so close to the pier area. We walked there every morning. There is plenty of parking with the garage, driveway, and street. We appreciated having washed and dryer access. The only thing is that it was quite hot but there were a lot of fans in the house and when we had the doors open, it was better. By nighttime, it was a lot cooler too. Overall, 10/10 recommend. We definitely plan to come back. Thank you, Bob!!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is closed to the beach and downtown. Best of all, the hosts, James and Kristen are very kind and hospitable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3rd stay at Christine's home. We come back because we feel at home in a very comfortable accommodation with the best scenery. Right across the street from Strand's Beach, but far more laid back than your typical beach. Christine's home had plenty of amenities, kitchen needs and comfy furniture and beds. She was always responsive and quick to resolve any issues. This is the best value and option in the area and we highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location to all Huntington Beach has to offer. The pool area and exercise room were a very nice bonus. The apartment was quiet and roomy with lots of windows which I love. We have stayed many times in this area and this AirBnB is now our top choice. Great to have a parking spot too. Very nice complex well maintained and felt very safe being gated. The hosts were wonderful in all the communications we had with them. I would love to return in the near future. Thank you Brit and Rocky!

Beckett is wonderful. He is incredibly quick to respond, even on weekends and helped me book an extremely last minute trip with ease. The place is wonderful and great for families. Lots of little activities through the hotel. The beach is a shuttle ride away so not super walkable with kids but we had fun ridding the bus. Great trip and would definitely book with Beckett again!

One of the very best places to stay with a family in Newport Beach area.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The villa is roomy and very comfortable. The views from the fire pits to enjoy the sunset were beautiful.

Great location and amazing view! Regine's home was beautiful & clean and so easy to get around 2nd street Long Beach.

Beautiful stay! & such a great communicative host! Was in town for an event at the queen mary and it was such a quick/easy drive there, only about 5 miles away. Home was perfect for two couples, super walkable and close to beach, restaurants & more stores. We walked everywhere & took a Lyft to queen mary. We were able to park one car in the garage & it was very convenient! Very clean, nice views, love the style of the home. Heater works great, overall very nice home and we all enjoyed our stay.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lee’s place and it doesn’t disappoint. It’s in a great location, walkable to the beach, bars and restaurants. The space is a great size with great amenities. Hoping to stay here again on my next visit to Newport.

We booked a last minute trip to Jeremy’s. Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s in that area of Newport in the past and were very impressed by Jeremy’s place. Great location, super clean and open, easy to access. I would be very happy to stay there again.

Sean’s place was everything it promised and more! Looked exactly like the photos and was actually a lot roomier than expected. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars, the pier, beach & more. Was so nice to be able to walk right across the street for nightly sunset beach walks.

The home is beautiful, serene, and just as pictured. It in fact has two bedrooms with ensuites and an addition half bath. The view from the roof deck is stunning, 360°! We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds are super comfortable and the home and neighborhood is safe. So, close to shopping, the beaches or marinas. Host was very responsive and we appreciated the advice on local surroundings.

Fantastic location! We loved having access to plenty of bikes for my family to enjoy the beach bike path.

What a great find! We loved being close the beach and being able to return to such a comfortable home. Loved the beds and the comfortable couch with the open floor plan kitchen. Kids appreciated the boogie boards and ping pong table. This place is exceptional. Felt like home but better.
