Linda's place was great! Just as announced, with clear instructions, actually BIGGER than what I expected. Very clean and organized. The only faults that I could mention are: the shower door is a little finnicky and I thought the bed was waaay too soft, but that's more of a personal preference. otherwise, great stay!

This is a great home and we highly recommend renting it. Beautiful part of Belmont Shore. Far enough off of 2nd Street that you don’t hear the noise, but still only a two block walk. Only half a block to the ocean, where there is a walking and biking path, in addition to the beach. Easy drive to Seal Beach, Huntington Beach, Sunset Beach, and downtown LB. The home is lovely, 2 bedrooms, and nice bathroom, and a kitchen set up for home cooked meals, in addition to a dining room table and living area with a Roku TV. Keurig coffee maker, though we walked up to the many coffee shops on 2nd Street most mornings. Note that second street has great shops and restaurants. Be sure to keep your rental confirmation notice, as it contains the check-in lock code. (I forgot I had it, but Jesica replied to my call within 5 minutes.) We would definitely rent here again.

We just visited as a family of four for our spring break. We had the best time the place was perfect for two teens and two adult adults. They had bikes that we rode many times back-and-forth to downtown Huntington Beach. They give us awesome recommendations and it was an easy drive to go to Disneyland one of the days.We had so much fun and would definitely be interested in renting this again.

Michael's place was exactly as described. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood, walking to Whale Watching boats across the street and running on the beach promenade (goes for miles). The location was incredible with access to very good restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the parking spots which made me feel super safe coming in and out of the building. Michael was also extremely responsive to all our inquiries.

Lorraine’s airbnb is a quaint little studio in a nice location. The parking was very convenient and not having to worry about finding a spot was a huge weight off our shoulders. It was very easy to check in and communicate with Lorraine about any issues. I only had some minor issues with the shower water running hot and cold every few minutes (probably due to the building being an older construction) and the closet drawers were a bit dusty that I didn’t feel comfortable putting clothes away in there. Aside from this, I had a good overall experience and would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Long Beach area!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

Excellent place for my friend and me to stay for a nearby wedding with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a spacious common area. Tanner was quick to respond to all our questions, and he even had an ironing board delivered right away when we noticed one was missing - A+. Would stay again for sure. We were able to walk to several local restaurants, the beach, and the wedding venue, Casino San Clemente. In our planning, we weighed cost versus location and were glad we chose to pay a little more for this very ideal location for us. Only pain points are related to the bathtubs in both bathrooms that I assume are original. They have a solid top bar for the sliding glass and a high base to step through to enter, as shown in the photos. This might be an issue for anyone requiring a tub that is easily accessible. The other is the faucet handles required some more adjusting than usual to find the hot water "sweet spot."
