Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Newport Beach

April was a top notch super host! The location is perfect. Near malls and in between Universal and Disney! The bedrooms were great and the mattresses were from heaven (my adult children wanted to take them home). Everything was perfect!

Easy check in and comfortable place to stay! Looks exactly what is on the photos. Definitely be booking again :)

Had a wonderful stay here. The Airbnb is exactly as listed, and it still exceeded our expectations. David had very clear and thorough instructions. The location is great, parking was never an issue, and it was easy to find. I have zero gripes. Would definitely come back here.

My husband and I stayed 9 days and we had a great stay. Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfy, enjoyed the outside patio where I was able to meditate and write. We were able to walk to so many nice restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful cool weather in California. The host was so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Mieko’s Airbnb was fantastic! The location was close to the airport and centrally located to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Mieko was an outstanding host, addressing any issues we had promptly and with a friendly attitude.

Fabulous place with a fabulous host we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Darla was very helpful.

We have two children at Biola University and often stay at a local hotel when we come into town to visit. However, this time we had a one week stay and some friends who were going to explore the area with us so we needed something more comfortable for socializing with them, meals, etc. The location was about a mile from Biola and, having spent some time in the area, we were pretty used to the area. We used this as our home base for the week as we took sightseeing trips all around the LA area. The home was very comfortable and had thoughtful supplies, amenities, and a modern kitchen. Despite being in a very populated area, the home felt private due to the fence in the back yard and that it was set back from the street on a long driveway. Brandon was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would highly encourage you to consider Brandon's home for your upcoming trip!

Hamilton was a great host that was super responsive and always got back to any questions at a quick pace. The house was plenty big enough to fit 13 people, would definitely stay again if we go back to the southern California area. Thank you Hamilton

Scott’s place was an ideal location for us! We were 2 blocks from the beach, could walk to the grocery store and lots of restaurants! Scott was a great communicator and very accommodating! The kitchen was nicely stocked. He was kind enough to bring a blender per my request. We even had a spot to park in the garage. Very safe neighborhood and friendly people. I would recommend this Airbnb!

Monica was a proactive and responsive host! She was always available and answered our questions in a timely matter. One of my family members was unsure if she could attend this trip and last minute was able to. Monica was flexible and so understanding regarding my situation. The house was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. If I could give one suggestion, I wish there could have been iron available. There were still extra blankets, pillows, and a hairdryer which was great! Thank you again for the great stay!

My family of 5 loved our stay at Mark’s place. It’s in a great location, we felt safe, and there are a lot of restaurants and stores very close by. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the TV in the family room was very nice, and had all the streaming apps we wanted. We would definitely return!

The space was located in a quiet residential neighborhood, providing a very relaxing environment. I was delighted to find my favorite Trader Joe’s within walking distance. Although it was too cold to enjoy the garden, it was a lovely space that added to the charm. Laura was an incredibly friendly and attentive host, always ensuring everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again when I have plans in the area.

John’s place was perfect for our family trip!We spent a week visiting relatives in the area. The apartment was well equipped, pristine and easily accessible. We would def stay at John’s place again.

Super convenient to the beach! You could barely park any closer than what we walked - less than half a block. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Had all the amenities needed! Worked perfectly for us!

Very Beautiful home . very peaceful . Love the view and the area to sit outside . I had a mini vacation! we had the golf cart i really love that to . i wouldn’t mind staying here again . place was super clean i love how they had a little everything to make you feel like your at home . thank you

Blake was a wonderful host. We had an early bike tour and Blake accommodated an early check in. It was a pleasure to stay in his place. Everything was in walking distance and we were fortunate to also have the golf cart. It was a plus for those in our group who don’t get around as easily. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. :)

Great place and pretty close to Disney. So easy with Uber to get to Disney. Well maintained and Krysta was very responsive. Home was well stocked with everything we needed. Walkable to Anaheim Packing house with lots of food options.
