Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Newport Beach

This is a great place with amenities such as pool, gym, playground and dog park. The location is near the freeway and other important places. April is nice, friendly and responsive.

We loved the apartment. It is close to 2nd street, but it was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and very comfortable

The apt is very clean and accessible. They give excellent instructions on how to locate the apt. Overall, it was an easy trip due to being an easy to get to location and parking is easy.

My husband and I stayed 9 days and we had a great stay. Everything was perfect. The bed was very comfy, enjoyed the outside patio where I was able to meditate and write. We were able to walk to so many nice restaurants and enjoyed the beautiful cool weather in California. The host was so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Great location with proximity to the Newport Beaches, UC Irvine and Fashion Island. There’s even a great walking/running trail nearby. The place is clean and well decorated. The host was very responsive to my questions and followed up quickly.

We have two children at Biola University and often stay at a local hotel when we come into town to visit. However, this time we had a one week stay and some friends who were going to explore the area with us so we needed something more comfortable for socializing with them, meals, etc. The location was about a mile from Biola and, having spent some time in the area, we were pretty used to the area. We used this as our home base for the week as we took sightseeing trips all around the LA area. The home was very comfortable and had thoughtful supplies, amenities, and a modern kitchen. Despite being in a very populated area, the home felt private due to the fence in the back yard and that it was set back from the street on a long driveway. Brandon was wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would highly encourage you to consider Brandon's home for your upcoming trip!

The place was just as described and I liked that it's close to Disneyland. They were very thoughtful by leaving free waters and snacks plus some women hygiene items if needed.

Very responsive hosts, answered our questions immediately. Brought some kindling and new lighter, some toys for the kids to play with in the kids room. It was very close to our family in Long Beach so it was a good location for us. Nice fenced yard; all felt safe.

Our stay was delightful! It feels private and it’s really nice inside. Super clean! There’s nearby restaurants, target, and mall all within 10-15 mins. We went to Ponzu Sushi Bar and it was delicious. Disneyland was about 15 mins away and Newport Beach was close. Great stay for kids. Hosts were attentive.

The home is well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. Its central location allows easy access to major attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues, making it an excellent base for exploring Los Angeles. Highly recommended for a short, hassle-free getaway! Is a Disney place!!

Super convenient to the beach! You could barely park any closer than what we walked - less than half a block. The place was exactly as described and very clean. Had all the amenities needed! Worked perfectly for us!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Even more impressive, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything we could possibly need or want. I would absolutely choose to stay here again in the future!

Pete and Cathy's place was very warm and welcoming. it felt very cozy and like we were at home. the home was very clean. the bonus was the bidet toilet, what a luxury.
