This 100 year old duplex cottage is walking distance to many fun shops and eateries. 5 minutes on foot to Bixby Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This cottage has a private rear patio space to relax after a day of shopping or beach time. Kitchen is equipped to prepare meals if you wish. But there are many dining options within walking distance. This home is not wheelchair accessible. No pets and no smoking.

Chander's place was exactly what we wanted. It's close to downtown Huntington Beach, walkable by a few blocks. The house was clean and well appointed. The driveway is shared with the neighbor and you will need to get out of the car to open and close the gate each time you use it. It is extremely narrow so be aware of that. We just parked on the street to avoid the need to open/close the gate and navigate the narrow driveway each time.

Great location, in walking distance to Huntington Pier, shops and restaurants. We moved the car once to drive to South Coast Plaza which was easy to get to on the freeway. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Nice updated bathroom and shower. Vivienne is an excellent host and communication was prompt. We had a few things come up and they were taken care of right away. Thanks for our enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back!

Brooke and her beautiful home.... fantastic! I rarely write reviews but wanted to make an exception this time because she and her husband were wonderful hosts. We have stayed at many places and this was one of the best. It was perfect for our needs and would absolutley stay again when we come back. The place was spotless and her attention to detail is amazing. The gift basket was a lovely touch. She left all the instructions on the counter in a professional packet. The location was spot on and we were able to walk to the restaurants, pharmacy and coffee houses no problem. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was quite. Don't hesitate to stay here! Thanks again!

Clean, very convenient location and responsive host. We went to a conference at the convention center and it took less than 20 minutes to walk there. The garage is easier for a smaller car, our Nissan Rogue was a tight squeeze, but we made it work!
