Attached in-law suite with a private entrance. You have the entire space to yourself! 450 sq ft, full bath with washer/dryer. Kitchenette w/ full size fridge. HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

This place is very new and clean. It’s comfortable like home and wonderful for family. There are lots of attraction close by only 15-30 mins. The host is very nice and wonderful welcome us.

Comfortable, charming little bungalow near to Universal. Good value. We enjoyed walking down to a terrific little diner for breakfast, 1/3 mile away. Other guests might want to know that streets are curvy, narrow and a bit steep in places. We loved walking around and getting to see the homes and neighborhood. Hollywood sign is clearly visible on one of the roads leading to the home. The stairs were a little tricky for some oversize luggage, we were hauling around, but if we’ve had time, we would’ve loved to hang out on the pretty deck.
