Bungalow vacation rentals in Newport Beach

We had a wonderful stay. The bungalows were clean and exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and being close to pacific city! Allexis provided great communication throughout the stay. We cant wait to return!

We love, love, LOVED this AirBNB. The space is SOOOO cute and well kept. The upgrades add to the charm of the cute little bungalow. The house is well stocked with nice appliances, high end finishes, and beach gear. The beds were so comfortable! I usually struggle to sleep anywhere that isn’t my own bed, but I actually slept better in the Airbnb bed. The hosts were super responsive to all of our messages and answered all of our questions quickly. Several reviews mention the location being noisy, but it wasn’t anything a sound machine couldn’t handle. I live in a city and have stayed in WeHo before, which is much noisier. The only drawback (and not something the hosts have control over) was that the beach had a lot of trash. It sounds like we visited before the annual spring cleaning, which might have explained the condition. There were several amazing beaches within driving distance though, so no problem! Also, felt totally secure with the gated driveway! 10/10

Our family of 4 stayed here a couple years ago and again this April and it was a very comfortable stay. I’m originally from the area and come to visit family a few times a year. The kitchen is super functional and the beds were comfy! Everything was clean. There are kid utensils and some coloring activities and books which was really convenient for our 6 and 8 year olds. The location is convenient, 1.4 miles from the beach and nearby groceries stores and restaurants. The backyard area with fire pit was enjoyed every night! Overall a wonderful stay and one we will repeat!

We had such a great time at Jeff’s warm, cozy home! The location was perfect in relation to Disney! Our family was so comfortable and felt right at home. It’s even better than the pictures and the old historical charm was lovely paired with the more modern updates throughout. The yard and its privacy were so great! We had plenty of room and then some. Jeff was always so quick to communicate and respond when we needed him or had any questions! We are absolutely hopeful to come back again the future!

Tahnee's place was nicely equipped and comfortable. Tahnee gave clear instructions for checking in and out. Tahnee responded within minutes of sending a message. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbors were quiet. Woulld definitely stay there again.

Had a fantastic time and loved the wood and old school vibe. great location on Balboa. would stay here again in a heartbeat. lots of nice touches for our family that enhanced the experience!

The tiny house was exactly as the pictures showed! With great views from the window & patio door. Carol was an amazing host! So sweet and nice to show me around! The backyard garden was beautiful! Would definitely book here again! Hope to be back soon to try one of your garden salads! Thank you for having us Carol! :)

This was a family vacation. The house was clean and had many amenities that helped out with our two grandchildren. Robert suggested going to the Packing House which was amazing. The food and music was really good. The location. And the area was really nice, but it is a busy street. We were all very tired so the noise didn’t bother us. Robert is very responsive and his house was clean and exactly what we needed to spend a great vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. The front patio was our favorite. Clean house with a lot of special touches. We appreciated the walking distance to the beaches and restaurants. It's an ideal location.
