Katie was an excellent host and was always responsive, even to concerns that surfaced later in the evening. She was responsive and always provided friendly and clear communication. The house was in great condition and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect solution while our house was being renovated. We live nearby and could get back and forth easily and still feel like we were in a comfortable home.

This is such a great find in the heart of San Marco! Walking distance to so many restaurants, stores, coffee shops, parks and more! Garland was extremely communicative and kind. The best part - no specific clean up required at the end of your stay!

We enjoyed Natalie’s place for Christmas. It was picture perfect! It has everything you need and more. Cottontail Manor is just as described! The neighborhood is quiet and the house immaculate. Everything we could possibly need was provided and more. We look forward to staying here again. Natalie is a gracious host!

David truly was an amazing host! He took care of us and made sure that we had everything that we needed. A cool guy to talk to, and had two good cats that welcomed us every morning! We had fun with the kayaks but unfortunately it was too chilly for the pool to be used..overall had an amazing time!

Stayed for two weeks and the place was above and beyond expectations. Yu was responsive with the very few issues that we had and had an awesome time would stay again.

Beautiful new building. Very close (less than 1 mile) to shopping and restaurants and WaWa gas and convenience store. Easy to get to I95 and all connected highways. Very clean unit and comfortable bed. Did not have time to use the complexes amenities. Would recommend to family and friends.

Great spacious 2/1 home with nice modern upgrades. If you want Central San Marco with walking distance to San Marco square and views of the St John’s River and beautiful sunsets- this is your place. Master bedroom very spacious with TV (that does not appear in photos)… Also one of the coziest beds I’ve stayed in! Casey very responsive. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect for me and my family. Plenty of surrounding stores and restaurants near by. It's exactly as pictured. I appreciate the extra linen provided. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Everything about our stay went very smoothly and Nakita was communicative from the duration in case needed. I’m not one to complain if I see something small, but I must say- this place was a 10/10. I even told my wife that I was not ready to go home because I felt at home. The furniture is of comfort. They provide everything you need plus more! The snacks that are provided was the icing on the cake and very thoughtful! You are 5 min from down town and 5 min from riverside! We will be back and we will make sure this is the place we book god willing!

If you are looking for a place on the west side of Jacksonville don’t look any further. This home sits on a very large property that is extremely peaceful. We especially enjoyed the back patio and fish pond with waterfall. The quality of the construction of this home shines through. The LED lights and Bluetooth speakers built into the lighting in both bathrooms is a great touch. Kimano’s home is large and spread out so you never feel like you’re on top of your other guest. Kimano is a great host only reaching out if absolutely necessary and never showed up unannounced. Thanks for a great stay, Kimano.
