Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Jacksonville

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

We stayed here with another family for spring break, and it was great! The kids (and adults) had a blast in the pool/outdoor area, the house was close to wherever we wanted to go (beach, grocery store, restaurants), and the hosts were very responsive! Thanks for a great stay!

The home is a little tucked away which was a nice quiet area. Outside of the home looked so so. But nice renovations inside. We had everything we needed including 6 bottles of water in the refrigerator.

We have been staying at Steve's homes since 2018 and never have had a bad stay. His home is clean and nicely decorated. They are always ready when we arrive. We always have 5 star stays. As a host, Steve is very responsive and easy to work with, checks frequently, and provides clear check in/check out instructions.. We look forward to staying again next February.

This house was awesome and exactly what we were looking for. Great location as well. Dusty was a fantastic host - communicated very well and ensured the place was clean.

Our stay was great! It was very comfortable and very well stocked with absolutely everything we needed, plus extra! The location was peaceful and perfect. A very short one block walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend Susan's apartment and would love to stay there again!

Absolutely amazing stay! TV’s were nice, bathrooms clean and supplied with samples, and complimentary coffee was lovely. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy! The distance to all the main attractions was perfectly walkable and saved us lots of parking fees. I can’t believe how lucky I was to have found this place!

What I liked most about the apartment were the details and the decor. Everything was tasteful! Nice and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of apartments for rent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ned And Glenna’s charming accommodations. It’s in a beautiful historic area, and it’s close to many attractions, and is exactly as portrayed on Airbnb. It was also a pleasure to meet Ned and Glenna, and they could not have been more responsive, welcoming, and hospitable. We look forward to staying there again when we return to Saint Augustine.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

This was my second time booking with Ashley. I love her places and I try to book every time I’m in Jacksonville. I will always try to stay with her !

Clay’s place was clean and spacious. Great area, quick walk to beach and many restaurants very close! Clay was very helpful with info and recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

The condo is right on the beach and there is a great view of the beach from inside. The beach is great for walking. The place was clean, the bed comfortable and it is just really quiet and relaxing. Would stay again!

Great location if you want to walk to the beach in your backyard and if you want to walk to local seafood restaurants. The gate in the front really made me feel safe as well. I had a wonderful stay.

Perfect location. We visited with our family that included two littles and they had an absolute blast. We spent most of our time on the beach and they had a wagon with literally tons of beach toys for the kids. Also had plenty of chairs for the adults. The property description is pretty spot on,. There was plenty of space for everyone. We will absolutely be back.

This listing was absolutely fantastic! My wife and I booked based off of the charm and feel of the listing and once we got there it didn’t disappoint. The bed we chose to use was super comfy, everything was spotless clean, and there are beach toys and chairs in case you forget yours (we did lol). Chad was absolutely amazing as far as communication goes. He was always super helpful with any question we threw his way and responded extremely fast. I can’t think of a single negative from the entire visit, I would HIGHLY recommend this listing and I’m sure we will be back!
