Beach apartment rentals in Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns County

My boyfriend and I decided to go on vacay to St Augustine for the first time for both of us. I honestly believe that even though St Augustine is a really wonderful and charming city as we were told, staying at Todd's place really enhanced our overall experience. It was very convenient and it's located very close to the beach. We rode bikes to get there, just for fun and it was like 5 min away but walking I guess it's like 10 to 12 min. It was 15 minutes away to all the touristic attractions downtown and 7 min from the Lighthouse. We also did some kayaking to see the dolphins and it was only 8 min away. The apartment was perfectly clean and equiped with nice furniture, comfortable bed and tv's. We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely come back soon and stay where we did.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Listing was very accurate and we felt quite at home. Chris was helpful and available if we needed anything. The views were outstanding!! Watched pelicans and dolphins, walked the beach, watched the sunrise from the balcony, and even drove down the beach to capture a fantastic sunset over the bay! Definitely would love to go back! St Augustine is so close with its great atmosphere and Castillo de San Marcos doesn’t disappoint. Appreciated Chris’s Awesome Guide. We saw Mojo’s in the guide with great reviews so we went, loved it so much we went back every night! 😁 We would have loved to stay longer!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

This was a perfect place to locate for our busy days exploring St. Augustine. It was an easy drive to get to the places we wanted to explore and we appreciated coming back to this very peaceful place to enjoy the beach and our down time. The views out both levels were really wonderful and the apartment was extremely well taken care of. Although we didn't use it because we prefer the beach, the pool looked really nice. This would be a place we would choose to return to when visiting this area in the future.

This was genuinley a wonderful place to stay. I booked it so I could spend quality time with my partner who had never been to the United States, much less Florida. It was right on the beach, and we could witness the sunrise. The balcony did not feel too small. The bathroom was stocked with necessities such as wipes and make up removal. And a huge bonus for us was the smart tv that already had the various streaming apps like Netflix and Fandango at home, so yes we watched the extended editions of Lord of the Rings🙌🏿. The host was also very responsive to our needs and gave suggestions to local restaraunts. I would highly reccommend this location, and I would love to come back.

It was so perfect! It was chilly that week, but that didn’t matter because you are literally on the beach in this house! The house is clean, we LOVED it and are already talking about staying again next year!!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend. The view of the river was amazing. Easy check in and location is close to plenty of restaurants and other places!

If you're looking to stay in Jacksonville -- whether long or short term -- this is the place. I've used Airbnb quite a bit over the past year and this is by far one of the best stays that I have had. The location is excellent, right near a plethora of restaurants and stores. Marisa is an excellent host -- attentive and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this listing!

First of all, Angie is an amazing host. She gave me clear directions from the beginning and she was very responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious, full of natural light and all the appliances needed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back soon.

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

Great place for my daughter and I!! She had to do a training before college move in at UNF! Loved having a kitchen I was able to make dinner for a few of her friends that she hadn’t seen all summer. 15 mins from the school and town center: Great place pools were nice and cool as well didn’t feel like bath water

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Staying here felt like staying at home. They had more than the basics available which was so nice when trying to cook. The towels were insanely soft. We loved that the beach was so close and having beach chairs available for use was a major plus. We loved it.

A welcome retreat while from the storm outside. Light, airy and beautifully decorated. A great place to kick back and relax. The place had everything we needed and a lovely welcome basket as well. Such thoughtful touches make this a very special place.

The house was even better than I hoped! It's much bigger than the photos convey with a great layout. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. It was very homey. The fenced in backyard was so convenient for taking my dog and also gave it privacy. Outdoor furniture is great with lights strung in the trees which made evenings outside so peaceful. For as wonderful as the house is, the location is even better! A short walk to many wonderful restaurants, only a few blocks to Salt Run on one side of the island (and Conch House, a new favorite restaurant) and Bridge of Lions on the other side, which made it very convenient to watch the Fireworks show on July 4th. Daniel sent clear instructions for getting into the house and the keypad entry was easy and convenient. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

Felicidad was very responsive and is so sweet. My fiancé left a pair of his shoes & she was able to ship them to me immediately, literally just hours after we had checked out. We were also able to check in early which was a huge help for us. Thank you Felicidad!
