Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Johns County beach places to stay

We booked this for a Christmas getaway. It is a great house in a really good location. The hosts provided instructions and recommendations well in advance that helped to make the stay. We would definitely look at this place again the next time we are in St. Augustine.

We really loved staying here. The place was clean and spacious. The location is perfect, a pretty short walk to the beach and a short ride to downtown. There are great restaurants and a Publix pretty close. The communication from the owner was great. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Our stay for two families was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance, dish, or utensil needed. The dining table could accommodate all 10 of us easily. The bedrooms were spacious and the 2nd floor wrap around deck was large. Pool was smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but it still fit everyone. the walk to the beach was easy and the beach/pool items left by the host were great (cart, beach unbrella, boogy boards, sand toys). Alina was easy to communicate with and house instructions were straight-forward. Highly recommend this house.

The house was even better than I hoped! It's much bigger than the photos convey with a great layout. Beds and furniture are extremely comfortable. It was very homey. The fenced in backyard was so convenient for taking my dog and also gave it privacy. Outdoor furniture is great with lights strung in the trees which made evenings outside so peaceful. For as wonderful as the house is, the location is even better! A short walk to many wonderful restaurants, only a few blocks to Salt Run on one side of the island (and Conch House, a new favorite restaurant) and Bridge of Lions on the other side, which made it very convenient to watch the Fireworks show on July 4th. Daniel sent clear instructions for getting into the house and the keypad entry was easy and convenient. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

The home was just like the pictures. We had last min family join us and she provided extra sheets and blankets even had a roll away bed. 2 full baths and 1 half bath was perfect for our large group.

Absolutely beautiful home and we loved being on the water! The fenced in backyard was a great bonus for our dogs. Tons of great restaurants and activities nearby. Hosts were extremely quick to answer, polite, and helpful with our questions. This was one of our best vacations, definitely hope to stay again!

My family and I stayed at this home and we loved it. It was peaceful, clean and a great location. Christopher was a great host. We would definitely come back to this home. 5 plus stars.
