BRAND new luxury rental with the double family traveler in mind, offering 2 master-suites, a secondary living room area for kids /In-laws with pool, all within steps of the Atlantic ocean. The home is located within the 2nd block off the ocean and a county maintained beach access that does not have public parking for truly a pristine uncrowded beach experience. The home has 2 master suites on the main floor and upstairs has 2 bdrms and 2nd living-room.

Alessandra’s place was comfortable, spacious, and with great walkable access to both the beach and various shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked with both cooking equipment and herbs and spices. The house is currently for sale so I did cross paths with a realtor and client just as I was arriving.

We asked a flood of clarifying questions and Morgan was so gracious and responsive throughout the entire process. When we mentioned one minor thing needing repair as fyi, she offered to send someone right away or around our schedule and she did. There was a welcome basket with items for s'mores and more! Most of the all, the house was absolutely impeccable and my friends tease me for wanting to re-clean upon arrival to most vacation destinations. Short drive to beach entrance, less than 5 minutes to Caps on the Water & Publix, and less than 10 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The best of all the worlds! We definitely hit the AirBnB Jackpot this time! <3

We are so grateful for Randy! This was an amazing location. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was already there waiting for us. I would 100% recommend staying here. My kids had the best time and loved all of the beach toys that were neatly waiting for them. I can’t even tell you my favorite part. Everything was perfect.

I had a great spring break stay with my 3 teen daughters. “The beach is our backyard!” was their first reaction to seeing it. Being removed from hotel areas, the beach was often empty except for us. The house was bright and clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Publix was a short drive away. The morning sunrise views were immaculate. Regarding the managers, when we had a power outage issue, they responded immediately and had the power company come out to investigate and resolve the issue. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

Title: Perfect Beachfront Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beachfront home! The location is unbeatable—right on the sand and just a short drive to St. Augustine, restaurants and shops. The house is beautifully designed, with stunning ocean views and a cozy atmosphere. We loved relaxing on the patio and watching the sunrise.
