This 'beachy' key west style guesthouse is hidden from the street but not the ocean breeze! The beach is only 1 block away and easy to get to by foot. You can't help but to spend your time relaxing on the large front porch. The property is fenced in and has a yard. Guests can use the BBQ, bikes, beach chairs, body boards and cooler, so you don't have to buy or bring your own! The house is between Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach Town Centers.

Ian provided an excellent experience at his Airbnb. The home is beautiful, clean, and it excuded a lovely coastal vibe. Everything one might need for the perfect Florida get-away was easily found within the home including cooking essentials, beach gear, health and beauty aids, and a plentiful amount of towels. We rested well on the comfortable beds. The home is located near wonderful beaches and a plentiful amount of great restaurants. Very good grocery stores are also within a close proximity including Publix and Native Sun. Ian was a great host, providing concise, understandable directions for entry and how various appliances worked within the home. Check-out was easy, too. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay and all systems within the home worked excellently (including the all-important air conditioning). I highly recommend Ian as a host because he provided excellent hospitality and a clean, charming home.

Really enjoyed our stay at Terry’s. I stayed with my mom for vacation and the place was close to the beach, peaceful, and clean. There were bikes to use, and beach chairs and towels, which were perfect for us. The A/C sadly quit working during our 2nd to last night there, and Terry responded quickly calling myself, close friends and A/C person to come to help get it working again. Unfortunately, they were unable to get an A/C person there until Monday as it was a weekend. Terry went above and beyond and offered to get us a hotel for the trouble. We really appreciated the hospitality and troubleshooting to make us comfortable. We would stay again based on our experience!

This is why Airbnb was made, for hosts like Pete! I had a wonderful stay and am so glad I picked Pete's place. The place was stylish and clean. My bed was soooo comfy, I didn't want to leave it. It had everything I could need. Pete was super responsive and even left a birthday card on my pillow for when I checked in on my birthday.. 10 out 10!
