Vacation rentals with breakfast in Jacksonville

Always a great and comfortable stay when I get to stay at Heidi’s when I am in town! This time my mom was with me and I also extended my stay an extra day! Everything you need is at the house in the kitchen! Extra blankets& plenty of towels! Highly recommend staying here if you’re seeking a peaceful & safe space

Joseph A was very helpful. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. The home was beautiful and cozy. A nice quiet neighborhhood. Beds at first seemed firm, but we slept great and no back pain. That is always a good sign. Kitchen was spotless and rooms were cozy. Everything we needed was in close riding distance. Minutes to the store. It was everything we expected and beyond. There is nothing negative I could say about the host and his home. Very pleased. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Saki is a very accommodating host. He Is responsive and hands on of you need him. Beautiful house, lots of outdoor space on the water. Place was exactly as described. Host was great. When I had a question the host was quick to respond. One of the tables had brochures if you wanted to plan a little extra fun into your stay. We had a great time and to be able to come back after a day out to a clean and quiet place was a relief. Shopping area is close to the home so you can get items you need for your stay. Had a great time and look forward to staying at this place again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was stocked with items tailored to our family. We brought our infant son and we had specific toiletries, food, etc. for him. Brook truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. We didn’t feel like we were at an Airbnb, it felt like we were at a home away from home.

This little cozy air bnb was just perfect for the two of us. It was immaculate and just as described. The decorations were so perfect with so many little adorable touches. It was quiet, and very comfortable. It was well situated close to restaurants and stores. Easy to get to Jacksonville university and even the beaches! Daniel and Camy were very responsive and gave great dinner recommendations!

My stay at Dawns beautiful place was 10/10 it was spacious, very clean and very nice. I really enjoyed staying there I’ll definitely recommend others to stay here as well if you’re visiting Jacksonville Florida it’s 2 blocks from amazing restaurants that offers morning, evening and night hours. Definitely recommend ‼️

I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back
