This house was pristine! The honeysuckle on the fence in the back patio smelled amazing. The access to the beach was super close. The beach was clean, beautiful and not crowded. The cottage was up to date and had everything we needed. The hot tub was relaxing. Tamara was quick to respond when I had a question and super friendly. We were minutes away from downtown Vilano and Publix and maybe a 10 min drive to St Augustine. I highly recommend this amazing place. It is a gem and was perfect for our stay.

We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

We had a great stay. The roof top deck and the dock were exceptional. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset each night and took walks on the beach each day. Thanks for a great stay!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at The Poolside Cottage. There were plenty of amenities for the entire family to indulge in. Andrew and Melody made their home feel like “home away from home”. I definitely recommend 10/10.

The place was super cute and close to the beach, as well as restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Cindi was extremely thorough with her check-in and check-out directions, making everything very simple. The home was great and quiet. Cindi's place has more condiments and kitchen tools and utensils than any other place I've been to. It was truly a delight all around!

I stayed for the month of March and wish I could have stayed much longer. This place met my needs perfectly. Although this is an older cottage (one of the original beach cottages that still line much of the West side of South Fletcher Ave. between Sadler and Simmons), it was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was better equipped than many of the high end rentals I’ve stayed at and I loved that there was a small fenced in yard so my pup could be outside without a leash. Best of all was the beach access!

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

We had the BEST time staying here! Just a 5 minute drive to St. Augustine. Being from New Orleans, we found the area to be pretty quiet, very peaceful. Vilano beach is one of the least populated beaches we’ve ever been to. Definitely recommend booking this cute little place.

This was such a cute space! Deborah made the most out of a studio area and I was amazed how much was available at the house. It was a short stay for me so I didn't get to enjoy the patio, but the house was very clean and organized. Bottled water/snacks were a nice surprise too.

We loved our stay in Joey’s cottage! The beach park was directly across the street from the house. She gave us bike rental recommendations and some restaurants to try. Really, the beach gear was such a plus. I’ve stayed in a LOT of beach rentals and usually the chairs are barely hanging on by a thread, the towels are thin, and the umbrella is broken. Joey had Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, great beach towels, umbrella, beach games, a cooler, and a beach wagon. Wow! Cute historic cottage with all the amenities and a great location. The neighborhood was nice for walking the dog and the backyard was really great. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Just note that the beach road is very busy but inside the noise wasn’t bad. We would stay here again!

Our stay at the Pink Peony completely met our expectations. We were looking for a place to stay that we would enjoy and would feel was comfortable and nice, but also met our budget needs. The property was exactly what we expected: comfortable and practical, quiet, easy to access, and well priced. We weren’t expecting luxury accommodations, and this property didn’t provide that, as we were looking for something in a tighter budget, but this property provided us with exactly what we wanted and expected and our host was wonderful. Extremely accommodating and responsive. Helpful with anything we needed. I could tell that Huyen wanted to ensure our stay was perfect and that our expectations were met and exceeded. That is a wonderful feeling! I will save this listing and plan to use it again when I am in need of a great but budget friendly stay!

10/10 – Perfect Beach Bungalow! This beach bungalow is absolutely adorable—tastefully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. As a mom on a trip with my tween, I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The bungalow had all the essentials and more—beach towels, chairs, kids’ toys, skimboards, sunscreen, paper towels, dish soap, and toiletries. The beds were super comfy, and each bedroom had a king bed plus a large charging block for all our devices. One bedroom is closer to the road, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend choosing the other room. I wasn’t sure how close we’d be to the beach, but it was just a short walk down the street to the beach access. Watching the sunrise every morning was a highlight of our trip! Publix is nearby, and we had no issues using Uber Eats for food delivery. Bruce is a fantastic host, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem.

Beautiful and unique! Great location too. We stayed 4 days and hated to leave. Well thought out with great instructions. Close walk to the beach but also secluded and private amongst other houses. We enjoyed sitting on the porch during a storm the night before we left. Will definitely recommend to others.

An absolutely perfect stay in a perfect house in a perfect location…so - pretty much perfect! This is a lovely cottage in an idyllic ocean front setting, with absolutely everything you could need during your stay. Truly a home away from home. They nailed the VRBO thing and we’ll be back! The place was absolutely beautiful! Carrie was even kind enough to have a folder with instructions for checking out at the house. Bonus was the flyers in the folder for different local restaurants! Definitely recommend for a couples get away.

The Salty Pearl had a beautiful aesthetic, thoughtful amenities and was a wonderful place to spend a week in St. Augustine. It had everything—comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, smart tvs and lovely decor. Jean was the best host—she answered all of our questions and had great recommendations. My family and I would happily stay again!

The location and especially the proximity to the water compared to the neighbors is darn hard to beat. You can hear the waves crashing from most rooms when the door to the front porch is open. We had a great time and totally enjoyed our stay. My only critique is that most of the windows are painted shut or are inoperable for other reasons and the 2 bedrooms on the west/street side of the house get a fair amount of road noise. Regardless, this beach house is a winner.

The sweetest, cozy cottage! Megan did a wonderful job furnishing and providing a coastal oasis for her guests. It was probably the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed! We also greatly appreciated her using all non-toxic bath and cleaning products. Hopefully we will get to visit again sometime!
