Vacation rentals with beach access in Jacksonville

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

Raniya was a great host! The airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. I would stay here again.

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Kent’s place was wonderful. Set amongst a beautiful neighborhood that’s was walkable with a nearby beach. We had never been to Amelia island. And highly recommend it. Staying at Kent’s place is the perfect location to enjoy all the island has to offer. We will definitely be back.

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Was the perfect relaxing getaway for me and my mom. Rob was great with recommendations and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely love to go back.

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Stayed in St. Augustine for our daughter’s wedding, the house was perfect! Pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was with kitchen accessories. It was quiet and easily accessible

We have stayed at this house several times and absolutely love it! It’s the most amazing location on a great street with easy access for early morning beach walks. We will most definitely be staying again soon!

Great spot for our group spring break trip! House was prepared with everything we needed for our stay and we loved the pool. Short walk to a peaceful beach and easy drive to downtown St Augustine and nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay at this Airbnb. Close to great restaurants and to the beach. The house was just what we needed for a family of 4.

Greg’s place is spectacular. This house is right on the beach. The beach was always quiet even over the holiday weekend. The layout is great. My fiancé and I were upstairs and my sister, brother-in-law and niece had plenty of space downstairs. There are beach towels, beach, chairs, beach mats to lay on. They also had a canopy. The upper back deck had 2 loungers so you could lay down and relax. Plenty of outdoor seating on all of the decks. Spectacular view of the beach. Kitchen well equipped. Tons of bath towels. Greg offered shampoo/conditioner, body wash, dish soap, hand soap, tp, paper towels, dish washer pods paper towels, plenty of cleaning products on both floors of the house in case you need anything..dryer sheets &tide. There’s basically two living rooms one upstairs and one downstairs both with nice televisions with plenty to watch.. The upstairs, ocean front bedroom has a tv as well. The house is very spacious. Greg was a great host! We will definitely return! Thanks Greg!

Nicholas was a great host! He was very responsive and friendly! The place was beautiful and we loved how it was decorated. Location right on the beach was perfect!

Great 2 night stay! Everything was as described and Christine was a great host. Super clean and lots of little details she thought of!

Very nice place. Furnished and decorated nicely. Identifying the unit was a bit challenging as we arrived at night. Improved signage would help. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable as they were softer than we're used to and master was uneven.

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. Grocery store is walkable and it is close to restaurants and activities. Will certainly consider for our future vacation. Thank you Tim and Melody!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view and beach access was unmatched -- so gorgeous! The Condo was clean, roomy, and had All the amenities! We could have just brought our bathing suits and EVERYTHING else we needed was waiting for us when we arrived! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the large screened in porch and being able to walk to the beach, bike rental store and local ice cream spot! Would definitely stay again!

We loved this home! It was in a good location tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to pop out and find something to do. This home is inviting and comfortable…a real home away from home. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for us all. One thing that stood out was how quiet the area was at night. No loud noise or disruptive neighbors. Pool was easy to access. My two kiddos love all the board games and beach equipment. The beds were comfortable and overall everything was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be staying again. Beautiful home and wonderful hosts!
