Vacation rentals with breakfast in Florida

The home was spotless and comfortable. The backyard is truly an oasis. The hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful.

I unknowingly booked without reading the info about the property regarding the homeowners being on the property. Once my party found out, needless to say I caught some backlash. Let me be crystal clear, as long as you are a respectful mature group, you will have no issues. They were there if necessary, were not in our way or a pain. They have 3 cute dogs and are two of the nicest people we’ve ever encountered during our years traveling. 10/10 would recommend 10/10 would stay again

We absolutely loved our time at the Lutz house and it was worth every penny! So many amenities at the place including countless TVs, heated pool, game room and much more. I would 100% recommend to any group that is looking for a place to stay in Tampa.

The place was very well appointed, in a good location for working or exploring. The rooms were clean and the appliances were nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, Host was easy to get ahold of, quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed our daily walks around the block/kind neighbors, could use some minor tweaks but it wouldn't prevent us from staying there and it wasn't even worth mentioning to host due to it just being personal preferance. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place for a large group. We will definitely be back again.

Going back to your hometown as a "tourist" is always tricky. Tammie's place was perfect! We were just 2-3 blocks from the parade and all the amazing downtown restaurants! When we go home, this is where we will be staying for sure!

Loved our home away from home, very inviting. Definitely would stay again. Walking distance to midtown Miami with restaurants and stores. Enjoyed the easy, cheap Ubers to the art museums

This place was everything it stated it offered. The location was the best and close to other attractions that we wanted to visit. I did enjoy hearing the roosters, which did not bother me as others had mentioned being a problem. My first visit to Lil Havana and this place was absolutely amazing. I will definitely revisit and book again.

Love the beach views from the condo. Back yard is the ocean. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you cook, there’s a gorgeous kitchen, if you don’t, lots of restaurants near by. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful place steps from beach, the balcony area is so relaxing and happy hour on roof is a added bonus. All the staff was wonderful as well

Aneta’s place was in a quieter neighborhood of Key West, with Duval Street just a few blocks walk away or reachable by the free loop bus. The bedroom and shared bathrooms were very clean as were the other shared spaces. One of the two bathrooms was always available. The breakfast of fresh fruit, bagels/pastry, and cereal could be eaten inside in the sitting area or outside in the lush garden. Mr Rolando and other staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was not available as part of the package. We arrived on a Monday and were able to find a free parking spot 2 blocks away where we left the car for the 2 days we were there. We also enjoyed use of the pool next door. We would definitely stay there again.

Such a nice, homey, well-decorated house; a very peaceful porch (with hammock access) and a beautiful, lush yard. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Ines made delicious home-cooked meals every morning, and she and her husband were friendly with plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. Extra shoutout to Carlitos the cat.

This was an absolute treasure to find this place!! It was beyond this world. SOOOOOO PEACEFUL!! Sleep in if you want but I'll be up to get to munchin on some homemade breakfast! The Pancakes are a must! The Hot Tub was my favorite ofc! My fiancé loved the pool (especially the water guns🫣)

Absolute heavenly place to stay! Everything was in close proximity, mark and his wife make everything possible. The amenities were amazing, kayaks and fishing poles available for use, stocked kitchen, the pool, the private and quietness are all things that lead my fiance and I to have the most relaxing vacation we could have ever asked for. It killed our souls to have to leave. We felt connected to this place, like it was our home away from home. Our own little oasis. We will 100% be back again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chef and their Airbnb! My mother stayed at their property, and it was truly the best Airbnb experience she's ever had. From the moment she arrived, Chef. made her feel incredibly welcome and right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. What truly set Chef apart was their exceptional kindness and willingness to help. They even assisted with airport transportation, which was a huge relief and so appreciated. It's rare to find a host who is so genuinely caring and attentive.

Our hosts were very kind and informative and I would def book with them again! The pool and hot tub were my favorite amenities! Very great recommendations and very responsive. They even had breakfast for us in the morning.
