Bliss!

The multi-aspect living space is light & airy framing the beauty of its location overlooking the splendid Dart Valley. Conveniently situated betwixt Totnes & Dartmouth within easy reach of numerous superb eateries, vineyards & in easy reach of Dartmoor National Park and some award winning local beaches, interesting market towns, fishing villages this lodge is simply perfect for some relaxing time out. We are rurally located and there is about 15-20 mins of single track Devon lanes on the way.

Located a short walk to on-site facilities. Entertainment passes are mandatory with every stay, no matter the length. These are included in your price, covers up to 6 guests. Extra charge for more than 6 people. We pay these directly to site so passes can be arranged ready for your arrival.

School holidays available near beach, pub & shops

Just yards from the beach our beautiful caravan makes the perfect seaside holiday! There are 2 bedrooms, the first being an end double with TV plus small basin and toilet, the second has 2 single beds. A sunny lounge and fully fitted kitchen which has a full sized gas cooker, fridge-freezer and everything you need to prepare any meals. There is a smart TV in the lounge and Wi-Fi. Duvets and bedlinen are supplied. Small contained courtyard. Free parking available for 1 vehicle onsite.

Cheerful holiday home at Landscove Holiday Park

Free Spirit is a lovely two-bedroom caravan with sea views from the living room and decking in beautiful Brixham. This holiday home is situated on Landscove Holiday Park, which is a quiet park with limited facilities. The real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.

Sea Dreams - Luxury Lodge on Coastal Complex

Just got back from an amazing week staying in Sea Dreams. Jodie was super responsive and friendly in answering any questions I had leading up to our stay. The property is so spacious and the views across the bay are incredible. Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival although the microwave needed a quick wipe over before use but no big deal. Towels are provided which are great but only 1 was an actual bath sheet size so my partner had to make do with a small one, the kids were fine though! It’s worth noting that there is a washing machine, dish washer and a tassimo coffee machine which aren’t listed so good to know if you want to bring the essentials to use these. You can walk down to the bay if you head towards the right but it’s not for the faint hearted as it is steep and a very long way down and back up! We would definitely stay at Sea Dreams again, it was true home from home and one of the best places we have ever stayed in! Thank so much Jodie for your wonderful property!

We had a lovely stay at Katie’s place. The bedrooms are a touch on the small side, but otherwise we can’t fault the lovely bungalow. The location is great and views are breathtaking. Despite being small it had everything we needed for a couple and young baby, including a well equipped kitchen, microwave and washing machine.

Our stay at Harbour Heights met all our expectations and more! Would highly recommend, excellent value for money. Walk to harbour 20 to 25 minutes mostly flat until the last 5 minutes where last bit of walk is steep back to accommodation but this was not a problem! Would go as far as to stay one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. Tina and Steve

If you’re doubtful about booking then don’t be ! We arrived to a spotlessly clean bungalow, yes it’s smallish but it’s cosy and has everything you need. The window seat was my fav loved sitting in there getting the sunshine from about 11am to early evening. The outside space is ideal for al fresco eating and location at the top of the park is perfect and views are gorgeous . The kitchen has everything and more you need if you are catering for yourself even weigh scales and a toastie maker. Bedroom again is compact but the bed is sooo comfy and again spotless. Lots of games , dvds and books if you need them. We used the second bedroom as a dressing room. The site is so peaceful with lovely walks to the creek at the bottom of the lane and a visit to the national trust Greenway property well worth a visit ( Agatha Christie’s home) . Dartmouth, Brixham and Kingswear all easily accessible.
