Had a great stay! The appt is really well located to walk into town, a stones throw from the station and parking right outside. Appt is very well laid out and beautifully designed and finished. Kirsty was a great host and very helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pictures do not do this place justice, as it is much bigger than the pictures show. The annex was very clean and spotless. Ian & Katka (Hosts) were very proactive, friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile. The swimspa and hot tub are an absolute amazing feature of the property along with the balcony and views. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Our stay here was great. The Garden Rooms were perfect for our needs. Holls had even put up Xmas decorations for visitors that was a really nice touch. The facilities are really good, well equipped and very cosy. My son and I were walking different routes each day and the Hot Tub was a nice reward for walking over Dartmoor in December ! Holls really made us welcome and it was a pleasure to meet her. 'Thanks Holls' for all the advice and information that really was appreciated. We tried the local Fox Tor cafe and the Prince of Wales pub for food and drinks and both were really nice and welcoming. We were only staying a few days but really could have stayed longer and would highly recommend the garden rooms to anyone looking for a great base to explore Dartmoor and this lovely part of Devon. Thanks Holls from Russ and Ben - we hope to be back again !

Lovely apartment in a great location ...and with a dedicated parking space which is a bonus in Dartmoor. The apartment was really well designed and fitted out ...although small it didn't feel cramped and had lots of lovely touches....perfect ! Thank you for the welcome goodies :) Amazing garden and places to sit and admire the views over Dartmouth We loved your garden room which was beautifully furnished - a lovely space to have tea and read !

Brillant break with Mum too her to her old stomping grounds she felt young again. so peaceful and quiet we both slept like babies so wworth the money.

Sue's place was like a home from home. It had everything we needed and it was clean and cosy. It was in a peaceful location and the only sound we heard was the moos of the cows from the farm. It was the perfect base to explore Hope Cove, Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Lovely accommodation, well presented, great decor, comfortable bed, spacious, breakfast provisions provided and great hosts. Lots to do within short drives even the Eden Project was only 1.5 hours away. Great communication from Richard during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here.

I stayed at Pip's for 6 weeks whilst on a clinical placement. Pip was wonderful and so helpful. Any questions I had were answered so promptly and she really made my stay enjoyable. the studio itself was super cozy, and really spacious, even with the bed extended out. It had everything I wanted, the bathroom was lovely; by the end I didn't want to leave! Only a short drive to Dartmoor or Exeter we were spoilt for choice for how to spend the weekends. I'd recommend staying with Pip to anyone.

An absolute gem.There was everything there that we needed.Maxine is a lovely friendly lady.She left us a great breakfast and plenty of it.Everything was spotless and all bedding,curtains etc were very good quality. I would recommend staying there.We will definitely be visiting again.

This is a great place for us to stay while visiting relatives but it is also well situated to explore the surrounding countryside and only a short drive to the coast. The Nook is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of outdoor space, and Mark and Rosie are friendly, helpful hosts. We will look forward to our next visit!

Great location, walking distance to town. We only had a short one night stay but everything was great. We were fortunate enough to meet Brodie and Emma who were delightful.

What a fantastic place to stay, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and Julie was a 5star host,she was very informative about the accommodation and surroundings which was very helpful. If you need anything or help she is only a call or message away. You are only a few minutes walk to the beach which has toilets and places to eat and drink and minutes from the coastal path. We would highly recommend staying at Julies for short or long breaks and if we holiday in the area again it will be our go to destination. 100% Brilliant.

A great stay for our break in Devon and perfect place to explore from. Pippa was great with communicating and flexible with timings.

Delightful accommodation in a beautiful rural location

Jacqui and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light and very spacious. A lovely gift of bread, milk, cereal, butter and marmalade was waiting for us. Jacqui even offered to pick up some gluten-free items for me. The location was ideal, with just a 10min walk to the city centre and cathedral one way and about a 10min walk to the quayside the other way. Off street parking was a great addition, but quite steep! Would recommend this accommodation as a great base to walk around the city and has easy access to main roads for exploring further afield.

Quiet well equipped location with easy access to town

We had an excellent 2-week stay at Tanya's place. We didn't see Tanya much, but she communicated with us well, and it was clear that she was happy to help out and improve our stay however she could if we needed it. There were some goodies provided for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. Relatedly, the house manual was also very helpful and included local recommendations. The TV was good quality, and Tanya provided an Amazon firestick. It was also easy for me to set up my PS5. We were sad to leave and would certainly consider staying again in the future.

Fantastic 3 night stay whilst undertaking an ecology field course. Clean, comfortable, lovely welcome hamper and Jackie was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Karen's place is by far one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Everything was perfect for our two nights. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed and presented with lots of amenities, comfy bed with off street parking and the use of washing machine and dryer. Communication, both prior and during our stay was excellent. Great host, great accommodation. Would highly recommend to all fellow travellers.

Absolutely beautifully finished properly very high standard We enjoyed the amazing welcome basket which was so generous although just a very short stay Would definately return . Barbara was very good at communicating and and agreed to extending our check out time which made all the difference to our stay Thank you grest host

peter and sue were very friendly .. sue was there for check in and explained how everything worked. lots of leaflets for things to do in the area. The bungalow was pristine. Everything worked. bus stop just outside the property to go to the two in a few minutes. We would absolutely recommend this property and the lovely hosts.
