The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, walk to the beach or local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has a private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom & lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of private meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

Your separate accommodation is as new being light & cosy; many guests find it more spacious than it looks here. Kitchen/living area leads into the bedroom, then through a hall to the bathroom with large walk in shower. Local shops are a minutes walk with takeaways, Spa and breakfast café. Torquay seafront via Torre Abbey gardens is a level 12-15 minute walk. Close at hand is the harbour, theatre, restaurants, Cockington, Babbacombe, Agatha Christie’s house, Dartmouth, Dartmoor and more!

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking to the front of the house. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave for your convenience.

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.

Starboard Side is the perfect getaway for couples or a family of four. A modern two storey apartment with parking, fibre broadband. Completely refurbished in 2020 open plan galley kitchen, dining area and lounge at entrance level, below are 2 bedrooms which can be arranged as 2 x double bedrooms or as 1 x double and 1 x twin, a dressing room and an exquisite bathroom with heated towel rail. Outside is a private patio and access to a shared terrace with BBQ

Situated within the beautiful village of Stoke Gabriel. Our house is ideally located for a leisurely 15 min walk down to the village with its two pubs and café overlooking the majestic River Dart. With a short drive to Dartmoor, Agatha Christies house and the seaside, also Sandridge Barton vineyard and restaurant is close to us. Great for walking and exploring the local area with a bus stop a few minutes walk away taking you into our local towns.

Very convenient Torbay location for all the attractions including Broadsands and Goodrington beaches and Paigton and Brixham towns both only a 5 -minute drive away. You have the best of both worlds. For the nautical types, all the ferry trips to Dartmouth and beyond are available at Brixham harbour.
