Me and my partner had a lovely 2 night stay at Paul’s place. He is very quick to respond to messages and checking in to make sure everything was ok.Crog loft is very comfortable and relaxing with everything you need but not a great deal of space for clothes and luggage so be mindful if you’re not at good at packing light, like me. The sauna and hot tub are very relaxing. Word of warning if you’re planning on visiting Penbryn beach, make sure to take some change to pay (£5). We didn’t have any or a phone signal. We managed to get signal but the pay by phone app was not working and we tried the phone number on the machine which kept asking for a pin which was nowhere to be found. The location code would not work. After 45 minutes of trying & getting very frustrated we gave up and went back. Waste of a few hours with the travelling. Shame as it looks like a really beautiful place.

Great host and place

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Lovely place, very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely gesture by the host with the bottle of Prosecco thank you 😊 Claire was very helpful and responsive to messages. Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. I absolutely love The Old Post Office, this was my 3rd stay of the year. TOPO is my number one choice when in the area. A stunning property with so many fantastic touches, you really get the wow factor on walking in. Made full use of the garden and hot tub on the two evenings I stayed. The hosts are such lovely people, making sure my stay was special. I would highly recommend TOPO.

We have recently returned from a fantastic 4 night stay at the Kent Pool Cottage. It is a lovely, peaceful and welcoming home from home in a truly stunning location. The cottage was ideal for us and our two young children. We absolutely loved the swimming pool and the floats and pool toys were a great addition for the kids - getting them out of the pool wasn’t easy! The children had a lot of fun playing with the PS4 and the wide choice of games was another bonus. The fully stocked kitchen was spotless and the cottage had all the amenities we needed. The instruction folder was very comprehensive, and the local recommendations were great. Thanks to Alex and Lucie for being such fantastic hosts. We can certainly see ourselves returning for another stay in the future!

Myself and my partner had the most amazing stay! We were celebrating his birthday and were greeted with a lovely birthday banner and some treats in the hut which was a lovely surprise. The hut was exactly as described and we loved the detail of decoration throughout the hut. The outdoor area is a lovely open space but still felt private. Cate was very efficient and helpful with supplying more logs for the hot tub bath. We loved that the hut looked onto the field with the two highland cows,it is an amazing extra that adds to the amazing view. We will definitely recommend this hut to friends and family!

Well what can we say about this little piece of heaven? It is absolutely stunning! Check-in was easy and everywhere was spotless. All the little touches make such a difference (milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate blocks, shower kit, cleaning products etc.) and made it a real home from home. The bed linen was great quality and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the water/shower was always hot. We were very lucky with the amazing weather (thanks Helen!) and utilised the deck so much when we were there. We even brought dinner home on one night rather than eating out as the view was perfect. Helen provided lots of information about local places and things to do, which was really useful. We didn't want to come home and will definitely be back. Thank you.

The most stunning retreat and base for an adventure of the Jurassic coast. The cabin is serene and so peaceful, and we feel so lucky that we found it and booked a stay there. Would absolutely recommend and would love to return in the future. The hosts were wonderful.

Richard’s accommodation was amazing. It surpassed the pictures online & our expectations such that we were upset to leave. Stunning views, beautifully presented with amazing fixtures & fittings and he was so friendly. Really cannot recommend this place enough…10/10 couldn’t fault it 👍

Wow! We have just come home from the most amazing three night stay and already can’t wait to return. The Airbnb is absolutely beautiful. It was perfectly equipped, everything had been so well thought out and to such a high standard. Though small, we managed with 2 adults, a 3yo and a baby just fine. We spent a lot of time in the big outdoor patio area which had seating and the most amazing hot tub. The 180 view of the farm from the living room was breathtaking. What Jake and Rosie have achieved is incredible. We were in awe each day at how hard they, their families and the volunteers work to care for the animals. Not only were they looked after but you could also see how passionate and affectionate they were towards them. Jake’s communication was fantastic, recommendations were very much appreciated, and check in was extremely easy. Jake put thought in to making it special, knowing we had a little one with us who was VERY excited about being on the farm, which we really appreciate!

I’ve no idea where to start, the second we walked in it felt like a dream. From the interior design, the views, the extra touches, the homely feel, the layout, everything was so perfect. It genuinely felt like we were on a different world for the night. So peaceful, so private, so relaxing. The hot tub was one of our favourite parts of this stay, we used it right up until midnight and honestly the night sky and local horses in the field behind made it feel like a movie. It’s certainly a romantic place to dive into and feel like there’s no-one but you and your partner around. Sam and her husband truly have an eye for design and some genuine talent. Everything was perfect, we didn’t want to leave and missing it already! Found ourselves saying ‘it’s not quite Tilly Lodge’ while walking around the house since being home. We’re already looking to come back for a few extra nights for our anniversary. Thank you Sam. ❤️

Absolutely loved our stay at Warren Bothy. So private and peaceful, only the sounds of sheep can be heard! Secure garden for our dog (the sheep do come quite close to say hello) lots of public footpaths and bridleways to walk in the most stunning area! Loved the outdoor shower, and the bothy has a lot more amenities than I was expecting! Would definitely recommend and go back! Thank you 🙏🏼

We were here celebrating my Mum's 60th birthday. This was a great location for us as a family. Nichola's recommendation of The Litton was perfect for our Mum's birthday meal with lovely cocktails and yummy food. Nichola got back to us very quickly when we had any queries and gave us a very warm welcome on arrival with a house tour. I know in other's recommendations they mentioned the sloping roofs in the bedrooms and bathrooms - it might be worth adding that the doorways to the upstairs bedrooms/bathrooms are roughly 5 ft 8 which I hadn't considered for my 6ft 4 fiancé. The main room was a fantastic area and it was lovely that there was enough sitting in the living room to seat us all which, with big families to cater for, is sometimes hard to find. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything that you could need too (like salt and pepper and tin foil). We made some wonderful memories as a family and are very grateful to Nichola and her husband for hosting us. Thanks again!

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

We had a really wonderful and relaxing break here with our pup walking through the Lake District. This house was perfect, in stunning gardens and close to everything we wanted to do. We even enjoyed eggs from the chickens which came to say hi to us every day. A really beautiful place to stay, comfortable and had everything we needed.

It is a superb place to stay. You can feel Annie is a caring, thoughtful host - everything is considered i.e. there's a good iron and ironing board, there are detailed instructions to connect your phone to the speakers...there were a few essentials i.e. dishwasher tablets. You really feel cared for and we were very grateful. The barn is very comfortable, in beautiful, secure surrounds. We had time during the day to 'hang out at the barn' and we loved playing tennis (with the supplied very good quality tennis rackets), had a BBQ and pulled out the chess set and reading the newspapers on the sun-loungers. We felt very comfortable. We high recommend it and will definitely want to stay when we're next in the area. We had supper one evening at a local pub recommended by our host and it was superb too. 10 out of 10 in all regards. A huge thank you.

The Old Sunday School is incredible. Property: 5* in every way, super clean, lush decor, smells like a spa! parking is right outside. the patio and view are stunning. bathrooms, shower all amazing. comfy bed, lots of storage space. Hosts: Jay and Lisa are lovely, they are next door but not imposing at all. super helpful and knowledgeable, we enjoyed chatting to them. Leonard is obviously the most important one and he is adorable! Area: the field below the patio was superb for our 2 black labradors, just a short walk away is a woodland walk, just magical in the early morning sunshine. short drive are some lovely country parks and places to eat. the super generous welcome gifts were very much enjoyed. we can't wait to book a return visit.

Verity's place is as beautiful as the pictures. She kindly provided some lovely brekkie items on arrival. Walks right from the doorstep. In easy distance from Moreton-in-Marsh, only 10 mins drive, and located within easy reach of lots of other Cotswold locations to explore. The garden is absolutely stunning, which we thoroughly enjoyed soaking up the sun in. Imagine it would be just as nice to snuggle up by the log burner in the colder months too Verity provided lots of lovely foody suggestions, all of which were great too. Very sweet to leave Bertie a toy on arrival, we always appreciate a doggy friendly stay.

A stunning weekend at the coach house! Right from the minute we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to James’ warm welcome and the hosts couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful annex with all the facilities and amenities you could possibly hope for. Best of both worlds for peace and tranquility to relax in (awesome hot tub), but also only 25 mins from Cheltenham. James and Sophie, thank so you so much - we will be back!

We had the loveliest stay at Yems place, it was the perfect spot for my Mums 70th birthday and accommodated us all well, including children. The house itself was spotless and we felt right at home- we wish we could have stayed longer! There were plenty of places to visit locally which we enjoyed and we were blessed with the weather. Yem was really responsive to any messages and we were able to secure an early check in which was much appreciated after a reasonably long drive. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely love to visit again. We also wanted to find out if Yem has other properties too? Thanks again Yem, the house is beautiful and just what we all wanted and needed ☺️
