We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely little cottage in Marldon village. Friendly, helpful hosts, easily available on site but we were left to holiday in peace otherwise. Happy to provide dog essentials had we needed them. Excellent welcome basket on arrival, plus milk, water and butter in fridge and more supplies in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment was great, everything we needed was already there. Comfy beds and sofas. Tv with Netflix, prime etc. Cottage was lovely and warm for rainy October weather. The garden was pretty and had a swimming pool which would’ve been superb in the summertime. Easy parking on site and close to the excellent local pub, The Church House Inn with its own car park. The cottage was cosy but we still had room for our two greyhounds and beds. All in all, a great base to explore beautiful south Devon.

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

We had a fabulous stay at Roberts house, which boasted the most magnificent views of the bay. The house has a nostalgic feel and we were instantly transported back in time, we had every we needed during our stay and Robert was more than helpful. The location is perfectly and short walk gives you more fabulous views of the Bay. Thank you for welcoming us x

What a perfect little stay and beautiful accommodation. Perfect location and very close to beach. Central location not too far from anything. Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed with plenty of parking for all 3 of our cars. Goodrington was a lovely sun trap out of the wind, we loved Cantina! The beds were so comfy and every room so light & spacious.

Great house in a great location! Chris is a great host, very responsive and helpful. As for the house, it's very spacious, clean and well equipped. Parking was very easy, rooms were spacious and the location is super. We had a great stay with two primary aged children and four adults, lots to do in Paignton and all very short walk from the house. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a family of 3 during the Easter half term to visit family in Preston. The property was perfectly positioned for us. Local shops and cafe’s nearby were useful, as well as the beach. Inside the property, it has been nicely decorated and was clean. Plenty of space for our family. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Outside the property was a designated parking space on the driveway which was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Really lovely house in a great location. We had a fabulous few days in and around Brixham. House is walking distance from of choice of pubs and restaurants within the town and harbour area and places like Dartmouth are just a short drive away. Kath is an excellent host. Clear instructions and great communication. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

My partner and our 2 young daughters had a lovely stay here. It was a good base to explore the local surroundings. There is no parking outside and we had to park over the main road but the host was helpful in giving us this information before hand. The sofa bed was comfy and we had all the amenities we needed

Great location. Not far from beach etc ,10 min in car. Local co-op for stocking up on supplies, 5 min walk. Ideal location to explore local areas, we visited Paignton, Totnes & Berry Pomeroy, all under 30 min drive away. Cottage was lovely, clean, modern. Folders with ideas for places to visit and things to do. Host Stephen was very helpful, even took us for a drive down to Seafront Thank you. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the relaxing stay at David & Sues place, it was so comfortable and spacious. It felt like a little oasis of calm. We spent evenings sitting by the fire or cooking nice meals on the stove, we walked to the beach and had nice pub lunches and when we had questions for the host, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again and thanks so much!

Had a fantastic stay at the villa between christmas and new year. The villa has such space and full of character. It was presented perfectly clean and with everything you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and really easy to communicate with. The villa is well placed for exploring south Devon. Would definately like to stay here again

Loved Trishs place, parked up and used the buses from just outside. Very comfortable bed and furniture with everything one would need to self cater...but the pub next door does food and there's a shop a couple of doors down. Would definitely stay again.

Cute, cosy cottage in the old part of this lovely village (don’t be put off by the much newer outer part of Stoke Gabriel on the approach). The cottage is well equipped (apart from having no actual wine glasses, oddly) and has all you need for a weeks stay, the shower was great and there was always enough hot water We were here in January, so we really appreciated the log burner and used to every day. Less than 5 minute walk to the well stocked village shop, the 2 village pubs (one was closed for refurbishment), Emma’s restaurant (highly regarded, but shut in January) and the River Shack on the quay (ditto). Be sure to follow Sharon’s directions to the cottage, as a sat nav will probably try to take you down Coombe Shute, which gets incredibly narrow (there’s a 6’6’’max width sign).

We had a lovely stay at Holly's Sidings. The house is very nicely decorated and feels homely and welcoming. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location makes it a good base for visiting the area. Communication with the host was great. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future.

Great house in a great location. Lovely spacious bedrooms and great living space downstairs open to the garden. Very easy to get in to Brixham and lots of things to do nearby.

Julies house is in a fab location,right in the centre of the village, some interesting roads on approach thankfully we only faced a caravan once. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We really appreciated the supplies and other amenities. Its furnished nicely with with two big bedrooms. The lounge has a massive window which lets loads of light in. Bonus is the small courtyard garden ideal for our inquisitive dachshund! Totally enclosed.had the sun when out most of the day. Also the parking spot very limited on the roads I had an astra just enough space. Pub /shop/shack all very friendly a lovely spot and not commercialised. I would definitely recommend and would go back again

Everything was perfect. Very clean with plenty of room for our family of 4 Great location and we really enjoyed Rockfish fish and chips Hot Tub was really lovely Can’t wait to come back soon Thank you 😃
