Beautiful 8 berth caravan to rent in Paington. Situated in Hoburne Devon Bay holiday park, this caravan is in the perfect spot to have a lovely family holiday. Amenities close by, site offers bar, entertainment, swimming pool, gym etc. The caravan has all you need for a relaxing break, veranda with table and chairs. Passes are included in the price. Linen can be provided at an extra cost of £40. Please let me know at the time of booking if this is needed. Free Wifi included within the van.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea. Gorgeous little apartment which is kept in fantastic condition, matches the description and photographs. Exceptionally clean and crisp fresh white linens and white folded towels. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely cafe directly opposite overlooking the sea that does a lovely breakfast. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the team :)

we had an amazing time, and felt at home . there was lots to do on site , and beach is walkable being just 10 min away . Barbara was a pleasure to deal with and responded very quickly to our booking in questions, we highly recommend staying here ,and we will certainly be back next year .

Barry and Sylvia were such lovely hosts and most helpful with instructions, suggestions and help with surroundings and location. The caravan was spotless and in a perfect location, not too close to Club House but close to shop and laundrette, with not many hills. Definitely recommend and would definitely use again if in the area. The park too was fantastic with friendly staff and great layout in the venue. A☆ holiday thank you.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We even extended our stay by 2 nights as we didnt want to leave. The apartment was really lovely, had everything we needed with a well equipped kitchen. My boys loved the tennis court and swimming pool. The views from the apartment were stunning overlooking the sea. we started each day with a morning (very cold) swim in the sea followed by a lovely coffee/hot chocolate from the cafe on the beach. I would highly recommend Des's apartment. We will definitely be returning

Caravan was very well presented and had everything we needed. We apppreciated the extra toiletries for sale and the nice decor. We were staying to visit family living locally so weren't really there for a holiday as such, so can't comment on all the entertainment but would like to come back for a proper break soon! This is a crescent of Edwardian scale apartments with a hotel and a manned reception managing some of the apartments. Large rooms, high ceilings, large windows. Well equipped and lots of amenities on site. Unusual Airbnb as it’s a purpose built holiday facility but lovely, grand and easy to use. Make sure you have transport as shopping for apartment is not walkable. There is a bus service into the center of town. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

We had a superb stay at Des’s apartment in The Osbourne. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the apartment was—it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was beautifully presented, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the lovely indoor swimming pool, which was a perfect place to unwind no matter the weather. The facilities were excellent, and it was never too crowded, allowing us to fully enjoy our time there. The location couldn’t have been better, with the beach just a short stroll away. Waking up to the fresh sea air and being able to walk along the coast so easily made our stay even more special. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, this apartment is ideally situated. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Des was a fantastic host, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean. Amazing views and brilliant terrace for drinks and food. Great staff. Fabulous location minutes from the lovely little beach. Some frustrations due to Covid-19 restrictions such as not being able to check in till 4pm and still having to leave at 10am and food served in plastic containers on the terrace. Pool area could do with some TLC. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Would definitely recommend.

Booked the caravan for the weekend for my husband’s birthday. It was lovely. The beach wasn’t far and the green king pub was only a 10 minute walk away. Much needed family time! Melanie and Martin responded to my messages super quick and they made check in and out so easy. They were really flexible which was great. Would definitely consider coming back in the summer next time although it will be much much busier! Thank you for a lovely break!
