Private suite vacation rentals in St. Augustine

A fantastic place to stay with great hosts. So peaceful. What’s better than walking out the back door to a beautiful lake view. Suite was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed too! Great place to visit if you like to fish or get out in nature. We plan to return.

El's place was perfect for our group of 4. Walkable distance to the beach & a local food truck pod. Beds were comfortable & had all the amenities we could need (extra blankets & linens). Highly recommended when visiting St. Augustine

Me and my fiancée came for a short getaway and this place was perfect, the bikes were a great touch and allowed us to easily transport to the beach which is only a few blocks away. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. However, I think the best part was molly, the porch cat.

We had such a great time here! The house is lovely with a fantastic front yard facing the beach. Christina was very accommodating & went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & enjoying our vacation. Hope to come back here again!

We needed a break from our busy and sometimes stressful lives and staying at David and Patricia's place was just what we needed to relax and forget about the world. And yet find great places around Saint Augustine to learn about the city's history, eat great food in or out, and spend time along the beach. Each morning we rose with the sun. We also met many nice people visiting, living and working in the area. We could not have found a better place for us. We were aware of the small bathroom on the main floor which worked fine for our limited time using that space, and we were aware of parking is best for smaller vehicles. We had a midsized Nissan Rogue SUV and able to maneuver in and out. Not sure if the area has a park and ride lot, but for large cars/SUVs that might be helpful to take advantage of, especially if walkable like the nearby restaurants, grocery and gift stores are from the beach house.

Ashley’s great was perfect for just 2 people! My boyfriend and I stayed 1 night in St. Augustine and her place was very convenient. It was beautiful and well kept. Also very good walking distance from everything (nothing was more than a 12 minute walk depending on where in downtown you go). The only complaint I have is that the bathroom, especially the shower, had a lot of hair in it that was not ours. Other than that everything else was great.

We had another enjoyable stay at Fran's place, this time in the Family Suite. Location is awesome, great accommodations. We happened to meet Fran this time, and found her to be just as friendly as she is in her communications with us.

The place is beautiful. Calm and quiet environment, and really close to downtown. Literally what I was looking for! Definitely looking forward to stay there again on my next weekend at St Augustine.

This studio was a perfect tranquil oasis. I love the interior and the exterior spaces. Such natural beauty all around. Very comfortable for two.

Kristina was very accommodating. It did feel like a bed and breakfast with all coffee, tea, and treats! We were very comfortable with the bed and space. The outside is gorgeous too and she maintains the property very well. It’s a great place to stay when visiting St. John’s County.

We were more than pleased with the accommodations. It exceeded everything we expected. It was very cozy and inviting. The bed was big and super comfortable. We slept like babies listening to the sounds of the ocean. All the beach toys we needed were provided along with chairs, umbrella and ice chest. Jolene thought of everything. We were most impressed with the bathroom. It was roomy and the shower was wonderful. It felt great after a day on the beach. We will definitely visit again.

Regina is an absolute angel! Respectful, welcoming, and very clean. I definitely recommend her 🙏🏼 The place is just handled with care for guests from the bedroom to the bathroom. It was a very nice stay. Thank you again 💛

Great place to stay for vacation, didn’t want to leave lol, very clean and close to everything. Would hope to stay again some day.

The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE! everyone loved it. The fire pit was amazing as well. Whitney set is up beautifully with lots of chopped wood coved by a tarp so it stayed dry! Cute chairs set up all around was an awesome touch. We ate waaayyy too many s’mores :) the perfect spot for thanksgiving dinner or any big get together. We rented both main house and cottage. Nice and safe for dogs and children to roam free. We will definitely be staying again.

It truly is a home away from home! Sara’s home had just about every thing you could think of down to a hair dryer lol Sara gave us a wonderful list of things to do & places to eat. Her home was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. I will surely return ❤️

The apartment was very comfortable and clean for our group. Conveniently located very close to the beach and food options. Stayed here for a wedding down the street, the apartment was such a great value - definitely recommend to anytime visiting the area with the proximity to the beach and old town st. Augustine. Muriel was a gracious host who was very responsive and helpful!

Our stay was wonderful. I stayed with a dear college friend; and we loved the two-room set up, ability to cook, chill, and eat on the deck; and WONDERFULLY walkable and close, beautiful beach (also close to bars, restaurants and Publix). We made use of the groovy beach bikes and appreciated all the beach towels and ability to wash things. Our hosts were super helpful- above and beyond, really, accomodating our late check-out due to my flight time--- and we caught some great conversations on the deck with them. The place is a comfortable, peaceful haven and we certainly hope to be back...and so does my friend's dog; who LOVED the deck equally while trying to befriend all the cute little lizards.

Pat’s place has always felt like home away from home. We’ve been back year after year and it is our absolute favorite place in Florida! Pat is friendly, communicative and will offer local activities and restaurants if you’re not sure how to spend your day. Or you can just step outside to catch the diverse wildlife on your way to a peaceful morning walk on the beach. Thank you Pat for sharing your home with us! We’ll be back soon!

The Hideaway is one of the best that we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in many around the world. There was a nice amount of chairs as we had 2 daytime guests. The kichen was adequate, there were tasteful art on the walls, pretty plants in the bathroom, and excellent lighting and window covverings throughout. They loaned us a cooler, helped us older citizens with the tv/remote, provided lovely linen and towels as well as a comfortable bed and it was wonderful to have the laundry machines. We would love to go again and recommend to all. Thank you!
