House vacation rentals in St. Augustine

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Awesome place! Super clean and cute. We had everything we needed and then some. Loved that it was such a quick walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded at all. You do have to go up and over a sand dune with your beach gear, so for someone not as stable on their feet, it might be an issue if you have a wagon, etc. We’re already talking about our next trip back!

What a beautiful place and fantastic location. Walked to downtown St. Augustine. Lili was very friendly and asked us a few times if we needed anything. Very clean and having a pool was an added bonus for us. We took advantage of the porch area and sat outside and just relaxed with the fantastic weather. It honestly was the best, very peaceful and relaxing, just what I was looking for, for my birthday weekend. Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this rental to family and friends.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

This by far was the best Airbnb I have rented. The house was adorable and we felt right at home. Everything was super clean, provided more of the small things than any other rental (spices, board games, kids toys, etc.) I have stayed in and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. This was my grandsons first vacation (14 months) and it couldn't have been more perfect. The fence around the pool relieved so much worry for his safety. It was spacious and open for him to run inside and out. There were 5 adults and one toddler and plenty of room! The host was super quick to respond and lovely to work with. The maintenance man came by and was so nice and even the lawn guys apologized for interrupting our day (they totally didnt and they even waved back all 100 times my grandson waved at them). We did not end up walking anywhere because we mostly stayed at the house but it was very convenient to everything. The option to heat the pool was the best $150 spent. Overall, I would recommend 100/10!!

Great location, literally steps away from food and shops and just blocks away from all sorts of tourist attractions! Inside is as pictured, small but very friendly with an enclosed green space off the kitchen

We loved everything about our stay! We were traveling with two young kids, and the house had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the wagon and all the beach toys and extra towels, and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Julie was so responsive to questions, and you can just tell she cares about the comfort of her guests. When we come back to Crescent Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Absolutely fabulous! Super close to everything including the historic district and a great coffee shop around the corner (Cornerstone Cafe). Curb appeal is beautiful and there is beautiful greenery all through the house. The hot tub area is great. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that are compact but well appointed. Front bedroom has a beautiful balcony that overlooks the street and there was ALWAYS a breeze. Made it perfect to sit on the front porch downstairs or upstairs. The only thing to know is the one full bath is only accessible from inside one of the bedrooms, it wasn’t an issue for a girls trip of besties, just something to be aware of (there’s a half bath downstairs). Overall 10/10 recommend staying here. Justin was great to work with, always prompt at answering questions and gave great advice on where we should hit up a beach (Anastasia State Park).

Great location, it’s a neighborhood that is getting revamped. We felt safe and had no issues. The house was very nice. It worked well for our work event.

Thank you to Heidi and Kevin for their warm hospitality. The house was nicer than described and my family felt right at home. It was a fantastic location, walking distance to downtown St Augustine in a quiet neighborhood. We will highly recommend this Airbnb to our family and friends.

Great location. A few minutes to a Publix and the city . Went to the old town district a couple of times. Very nice. There is a nice pirate museum that is hands on for the little kids. Disney helped design it . Great restaurants close by. King fish was the best. Grandkids loved the freshwater pool. Also were able to ride their bikes while we walked the pups. Not too much traffic in the neighborhood . Beach was a couple of blocks away , just over the main road. So not too bad of a walk. Beach is pet friendly. Mya was an amazing host with great communication.

Our stay at The Blue Anchor-Walk to Beach-Hot Tub-Unit B was just what we were looking for! We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach and it was perfect! The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed for the stay! And the beach was great! Would stay there again!! Natalie & Mike are great hosts!! Thank you!!

It was a great place to stay, very bright and cheerful! The hot tub was awesome, big enough and perfect temperature. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom was awesome and very beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need and spotless. Dining room table was big and a wonderful place to sit down and eat. Living room has the sunroom attracted to it and beautiful as well. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. You would not be sorry staying here and I would definitely come back! Lovely time at a lovely place - thank you for sharing your place.

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

I was very happy with our stay. It was very peaceful. Beach was in walking distance. The pool was very nice to have exclusively. I hope to be back again.

This lil gem was so well kept! The neighborhood was great and close enough to attractions we just took an uber, cheaper than parking. You have everything you need to cook at home if you wanted. Very responsive and professional. We will definitely stay there again when in town.
