We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

This place was perfect for what we needed! Very cozy inside and out. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking supplies as many Airbnbs have minimal pots, pans, etc. We loved getting to use the jacuzzi after the kids went to bed and got to watch the lunar eclipse from the hammock out back. The place had a couple beach towels and chairs which was great since two of us flew in. The location was private and quiet but not far from beaches and restaurants. We appreciated the laid back, quiet vibe of Palm Coast and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it! Also, the coffee shop around the corner is really good! We walked there every morning for coffee and breakfast.

What a great house. The description was exact. The house is in a cul-de-sac sorry it was a quiet street. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a water front restaurant just a 2 minute walk. Holly answered all of our questions, including my son’s Xbox question we didn’t know he was asking. She was great with it all. The bikes and all the beach supplies worked out perfect for us. The home was spotless and the hot tub was a hit. Thanks again holly and we will be back again.

The location was charming. We enjoyed the walk to the river view and it was very comfortable. Courtyard was relaxing and picturesque.

Regina‘s place was so awesome! From the decor to the fenced in back yard, outside bar etc. One of the greatest Airbnb‘s we’ve ever stayed at and already looking forward to coming back!!

Blue heaven was the perfect spot for our couples getaway to St. Augustine. Truly felt like home away from home. We loved everything about our stay. The house was well equipped and was in the perfect location for all the sights of the historic downtown. Valerie is a great host and was able to answer all our questions, give us some great local recommendations and made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The cottage is everything Elizabeth describes! Quaint, cozy, comfortable & so convenient to everything. Her kind & warm style made us feel like it was home! Super cute Airbnb with a great location. It is just a short walk over the bridge to the downtown area. Dog friendly is a huge plus! Only thing of note is that the wall between the neighboring Airbnb is pretty thin. If you have neighbors, you will hear them. Overall, good stay!

Our first visit to St. Augustine and this apartment is at the top of the list of things we enjoyed most. Spacious with separate living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen made it feel like a small home not just "one room" as is most rentals AND it had a very nice screened in porch nestled in a tropical garden. Kitchen is small, but useful and it was nice that this unit is on the ground floor (a few steps), but not lugging suitcases to an upstairs unit. Has a quaint family "beach house" feel. VERY convenient to the historic district, short walk to coffee shops, etc. Jame's was quick to answer any questions and accommodating with our needs.

10/10 – Perfect Beach Bungalow! This beach bungalow is absolutely adorable—tastefully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay. As a mom on a trip with my tween, I felt completely safe and comfortable here. The bungalow had all the essentials and more—beach towels, chairs, kids’ toys, skimboards, sunscreen, paper towels, dish soap, and toiletries. The beds were super comfy, and each bedroom had a king bed plus a large charging block for all our devices. One bedroom is closer to the road, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend choosing the other room. I wasn’t sure how close we’d be to the beach, but it was just a short walk down the street to the beach access. Watching the sunrise every morning was a highlight of our trip! Publix is nearby, and we had no issues using Uber Eats for food delivery. Bruce is a fantastic host, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this gem.

Very private and unique little place. Host was responsive. Very close to downtown St Augustine. The cottage has all the amenities for easy travel! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent Airbnb -it is PRISTINE inside and out. It’s so spacious! Such a bice big enclosed backyard. Beds super comfy. Two large bathrooms, kitchen and living area so comfy and spacious. Everything from every piece of furniture to the humongous TVs to the floors to the quartz countertops to all of the bells and whistles were top-notch. I cannot say enough great things about this place. I would completely totally stay here again. It comes with a smart lock, which is a deadbolt that never gave us any trouble. It is a very close and convenient drive to historic downtown Saint Augustine. And the value is absolutely unbeatable.

Steve’s wife was very nice and informative. She took the time to show us around, gave us coupon books, suggested multiple places to eat and places to see. They have other things to read about their location. Lots of shops are definitely within walking distance. Would definitely recommend them and if in the area again would love to stay at their place again. Thank you Steve and Nikki for a lovely place and your hospitality.

Beautiful cottage and beautiful location

The cottage was peaceful, cozy and charming. It felt like home immediately and all of the small details inside and out made us feel so welcome. Linda thought of numerous little touches to make you feel welcome and cared for while staying in the cottage! The kitchen had everything you could think of and was well organized and clean. The screened in porch was where we spent many evenings relaxing and enjoying a meal together. The outdoor shower was fabulous. Linda was an amazing host that communicated well with us!.This is a great spot to stay if you want to be close to see things in St. Augustine but also prefer to be in a more peaceful laid back setting. We enjoyed traveling to points south of here like Marineland beach, Varn beach and Flagler. Like another review had mentioned the hardest part was leaving! Thanks Linda for a wonderful stay in your charming cottage!

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

What a great place to stay! Right across from a lake, beautiful views in the morning. We had motorcycles with us and having the car port was incredible. About 45 min ride to Daytona with lots of great little stops along the way! Having a washer and dryer there was so convenient!
