Apartment vacation rentals in St. Augustine

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

Brianna is a great host. The place was very clean. The area very nice and close to St Augustine. Enjoyed our stay.

I’ve been to a lot of AirBnBs and this one is the best hands-down. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and the location is near all the attractions. It was a very peaceful and scenic retreat.

We enjoyed our time at the apartment. It was such a lovely location with a beautiful view of the intracoastal waterway. The apartment was quaint yet upscale. This area is a bit more slower-paced than St Augustine, yet you're just 4-5 miles from downtown. Perfect!

Great stay for our first St. Augustine visit! Gorgeous place. Hot tub was wonderfully relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend! Try Sunday restaurant- it's within walking distance. Good for breakfast or lunch.

Paulo was a great landlord, even came to condo to fix minor problem with one TV. Condo was clean, spacious and perfectly located. Only issue we had was there was no walk in shower, it was tub shower, and we had difficulty as 80+ year olds getting in and out of tub.

Lovely condo. Post Christmas visit for 4 adults, 1 child. Plenty of room. Comfortable. Great view of ocean. Indoor pool was great for child. Enjoyed this spot and would stay again.

Great location super close to everything St Augustine has to offer. My bf and I were able to walk to historic downtown in just a mere 15 minutes. The Airbnb itself is cute and tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle.

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place. When I initially read the reviews, there were a few from two years ago that mentioned a moldy odor and I was concerned about that because that can bother me. However, recent reviews did not mention that and so we took a chance and I am so glad we did. The apartment was clean and smelled wonderful. It was so wonderfully close to the ocean. We had wonderful walks on the beach and easy to walk to many restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. A perfect place to stay.

There are some pros and cons to this location. The pros: the bed is super comfortable. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and extra sheets if need. There were plenty of towels as well. Anything we needed in the kitchen was there and the TV was amazing. It was definitely a very Quiet location and we appreciated that.. As far as the cons go, I did forget to mention to the host that there was dust on the plants and also the closet doors in the bathroom. I don't necessarily feel like any issues we had were his fault, I feel like it's more so the cleaner's fault, unless he is the cleaner then maybe lol. Overall whoever cleans I feel like needs to do a little better of a job when it comes to details but overall I think everything was pretty Fine. Any issues I brought up were fixed immediately which I appreciated. The unit itself, I feel like it is a little overpriced, however it could be because of the location. Overall i give the rating a 4.5! We would return!! Great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend. Great location; quiet and away from the hustle of downtown, yet easy drive to restaurants, beach and shops. Emmily’s place is nice and super clean. The pool and other amenities were nice as well. Emmily was great with communication! We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Sonja's place was the perfect getaway for our small group. We especially enjoyed the close beach access. Neighbors were friendly and the beach is first-rate. The house itself is comfortable, charming, and provided all the amenities we needed. Great host communication as well. 10/10 Highly recommend.

This was a new experience for us as we have never stayed in a beachside airbnb. Staying at this place made us feel so comfortable and at home with all the included amenities and easy access to the beach. Would definitely love to come back or check out more properties by Euphoria Vacations! Would also highly recommend visiting this place!

This apartment is very close to the downtown Green Cove Springs area. The hosts are quick to respond and overall I feel like it was a good bargain for three bedrooms.

Carley was a perfect host. Checked in with us on arrival and also throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. We travel with our dog and the neighborhood is great for walking her. Also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We went to Zaba's, Beachcomber and Coneheads this trip. The St. Augustine Historic district is only a 10 minute drive and The Nights of Lights is always worth the drive.

I had a very nice stay. The condo was as pictured. I love that there is a full kitchen and a guest bathroom. Underground parking is included and I felt safe during my stay. There were no issues with noise. The WiFi worked great for those that may need to work. The host communicated great and I would definitely book again.

This property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect—right in the heart of downtown, and we were able to walk everywhere. The host was incredibly responsive; any questions we had were answered within an hour, which made our stay even smoother. We absolutely LOVED our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Nicole's Airbnb was the perfect location for our stay. We enjoyed the walkability factor and how spacious the apartment is for two guests. Nicole's house is very clean with very easy check in and check out instructions Outside of that, the internet is spotty if you plan to work from home. There are no basic kitchen essentials like salt and pepper or paper towels. I would encourage Nicole to be better at communicating with her guests - she did not read, respond nor acknowledge messages from us during our stay. Overall, the stay was great and perfect for our needs! I highly recommend staying here, nonetheless.
